Been there several times the food is amazing. I would recommend just about any thing on the menu great gyros great shawarma

I'll be dining out again when restaurants learn reading 101. I should have left the moment I saw the waiter literally picking into a customer's falafel.She stopped when she saw me looking at her with complete shock on my face. I'm all for making sure a plate is presentable before going to the customer's table, but that should have been done in the kitchen. Now here comes my food. And y'all know, everything had tomatoes on it. After the note clearly states "no tomatoes." Then she says oh I'll take them out. Hmmm, NO, MA'AM, you won't. You will not be digging into my plate like you just did the previous guess food. PLEASE THROW THAT ONE AWAY AND MAKE A NEW SALAD W/O TOMATOES. I will not recommend this place at all. I see why only 2 tables only had people sitting at them during busy lunch hour.

This place has good and bad days. Past two visits were not good. Went this week and they had a private party without any noticed or sign and was greeted very rude when we try placing an order. Second time food tastes old and steal. Hummus tastes like a lot of lime juice and falafel were greasy and taste of old grease. Fries were cold and steal. They once ran out of cup and pour our drinks in water bottles. Think I'm done with this restaurant. I can cook my own food.

Wow!! Wow!!You ever know you walk into a restaurant and you just know the food is going to be amazing? Well this place is it!Every item we had on the menu was top notch. The hummus was amazing and the falafels were perfect! My gyro was on point and the salad my wife had was great too. I told my wife that this is our spot to get take out or dine in for Greek and Lebanese. Can't tell you enough of how great the place isPlus!!! The tea! You ask for tea expecting bland ice too, but oh no bud, you are getting Lebanese tea that will knock your socks off.You have to try this place!

we went to Phoenicia for lunch and even though we were the only people in the entire restaurant, the service and attention to detail was horrible; however, the food was plentiful and tasted goodWe came in and seated ourselves as there was no one to seat us; even when the waitress came she didn't acknowledge us or say "i'll be with you in one minute"; nothing! We finally got her attention and finally ordered our foodAfter a long time the food was finally served - we got the appetizer sampler with hummus, baba, tabbouleh, and falafel; we also got the gyro plate which came with two sides - we choose salad and baba. overall, the portion size was good and the flavor was also good as well.overall a tasty meal with poor service

Hmm, I went here today and the food seemed like it wasn't the same as before...Almost like the chef or the owner was changed. The recipe for the Moussaka seemed to have changed from what I remembered. The tomato sauce drenched all of the basmati rice creating this weird, wet texture with the rice and veggies. I would not recommend this dish unless you really love soggy tomato sauce and eggplant. My combo gyro and shawarma was okay but just not the same quality as before. The sauces were watery and lacked a lot of flavor. Last but not least our Fried Kibby was not crunchy and kind of bland. It was kind of soft in the center and fell apart when we but into it. The sauce for this was also pretty watery.If this place is under new ownership or is under a new chef, I hope that they do well and their recipes can improve over time.

It has been over a year since I last was here, and there have been changes that I do not understand. I liked the menu before; this time, I noticed changes, not improvements. I see from other reviews that I have not been the only one with a critical experience. The Gyros were in chunks and not cleanly cut off of the spit. The hummus lost its pizzaz - bland taste. If you have a new chef, go back to the old recipes or shop the competition to see what your menu and taste expectations should. I first encountered Greek food in Chicago in the 60's and loved it. I traveled to Greece many times, and Greek cuisine is a favorite. I was unfulfilled. Sorry. You need a saganaki and spanokopirtis. Sorry...

Greek salad was delicious with shrimp added. I would definitely recommend this place to someone

LADY IN THE FRONT WAS RUDE, HAIR IN MY FOOD The lady working the front with glasses was rude, and had a terrible attitude to me and my family. She went outside and was looking into the cars in the parking lot as well, no idea why. Weird lady with attitude, food was cold I found a dirty blonde HAIR IN MY FOOD probably from the lady working at the front. Will never come here again and will tell my friends how terrible,rude, and unsanitary the workers and this "restaurant" is, AWFUL place.
