Pho Kim Loan

One of our favorite places when we lived in NOLA for 3 years. First stop during our short trip.Food tastes great as always and we asked for a small bowl for our daughter and they came out with plastic utensils and scissors! So prepared for kids! Love them! And they gave her a lollipop too!

One of the best restaurants on the west! I've been here countless times where I forget to check in because i'm too hungry to think about that and I always leave happy and full. Everything is made to perfection and have you feeling you had a home cooked meal in a Vietnamese household. Service is always A1 and the restaurant is always clean. Definitely one of my top picks if you're looking for Vietnamese food.

The food is very tasty ,delicious!! I recommend it love the Pho, The Bun'Bo Hue and the Vietnamese beef stew with the carrots

We live in Mandeville, and happened to be on the West Bank for a funeral. Pho Kim Loan is the BEST Vietnamese food we have ever had. It is family owned, which says alot. The Viet coffee is a treat. Best Pho ever, the food is so fresh, it is always crowded, but the food comes out fast. Cannot say enough good things about this place. Worth the trip.

Great place for pho, spring rolls and egg rolls. I like the lettuce that you can wrap the egg rolls in. Good food. Can't go wrong with this place

I heard the restaurant has new management so I wanted to try them out. I didn't get to try the Pho or Bamboo Duck Noodle Soup but my sister says that the Bamboo Duck Noodles Soup was really good and the one that had the Pho says it was ok, nothing special about it. I had the Rice Pork Chop platter and it was delicious and had huge portions. I'll definitely come back and try the Bamboo Duck Noodles Soup next time.

Really nice restaurant..very clean. Music in the background and tvs on the walls. My server was very friendly and attentive. My first time here.... THE FOOD: I started with fried Vietnamese pork rolls, with chili oil dipping sauce. Delicious. They came to the table hot, and crunchy. The chili oil added flavor, not much heat, but really flavorful. PHO.. with tripe, tendon, beef flank, and I added beef balls... very good. Some really nice developed flavor. The broth was a bit muddy, though. A nice place.

This was my first visit. Chose it for the pho, based on the reviews. Definitely lived up to the hype. Ordered the brisket and well-done flank pho. Amazing. Definitely rates as best pho in the area. The broth that came with a couple of rice dishes was also delicious. Highly recommend the grilled pork w/ vermicelli (#33). Fried eggrolls were a little greasy but tasted good. Grilled pork spring rolls are really good (as good as anywhere else in the area). Everything came out fast and was fresh. Perfect if you are hungry and don't want to wait.

Amazing! Fabulous! Would highly recommend! I really loved how well I was treated and the food was so fresh. I will be coming back at least once a week for the remainder of my stay in Harvey. Literally some of the best broth I've ever had.

Food was great, service top notch, we go here a least once a week. A must for authentic Vietnamese food and ambience.
