Was told to sit anywhere. Sat at the table for 15-20 minutes or more and no one spoke to me. Other customers came in and their orders were taken. Person next to me got food that looked very overcooked and they waited for the waitress to acknowledge them but that was not happening. This used to be one of my go to lunch spots but the service has gone way downhill. Sorry Pho Bistreaux you got a failing grade today.

I used to love this place when I worked in the building across from it. It has definitely changed. The pho is still as good as it was before, but the veggies that they give you were not as fresh as they used to be. The Vietnamese po boys' bread was not what I remembered & the pork was dry. The flavor lacked a bit as well.

While on a business trip to NOLA, I enjoyed a lunch here, as a solo diner, I sat at the bar & enjoyed great conversation with the knowledgeable bar staff - I can't recall her name, but she provided great friendly service! Nice modern atmosphere, friendly, knowledgeable staff & fantastic food - Give it a shot!

Called in an order for pick up. She said it would be ready in 10 min. I arrived 30 min later and my food was not ready. It appeared as tho she forgot to put it in for me. I waited 15 more min. No apology or explanation.
