The service was great and the food was just as good. The appetizers were amazing and my steak was cooked perfectly. Amazing cheesecake!!!

Great service, great food, very good wine list. Always come here when we're in town. Luckily, we know a member so we can get in.

Terrible Customer Service ----I attempted to talk to Lynnette again, but she just wanted to be her normal defensive b*tchy self, so I asked to speak to her manager when she mentioned a manager. That was Brian. He was much nicer, but did begin to cut me off before hearing me out, and immediately went into "if an ex-employee is charging to your account, that's criminal, you should press charges." I'm sure this came from Lynnette's briefing of the call he was taking... I had to get stern with him and let him know that he was being a cut-off and not paying attention, like Lynnette, and that I wasn't appreciating the fact that they were being so rude and not finding out what I needed. Finally, I was able to ask him if he could find out if that number was another member's number. He had to call me back, but did call me back very quickly to tell me that yes, it was another member's number, and they had authorized Burch to sign on the account. So, they will be crediting our account on the next statement

I have been coming here for 25 years and it's still my favorite! They have kept their menu consistent with tried and true appetizers such as the Shrimp de Jong and Oysters Rockefeller. Also, great seafood entrees, scrumptious pastas, and fantastic steaks. Don't forget dessert with house made cappuccinos that are out of this world, or a classic chocolate molten cake. It's a fabulous place to go with family or friends to dinner, with a laid back, yet classy atmosphere. Dress up or wear some nice jeans. The Maitre D has also been the same since I was a little girl, and he is just delightful and entertaining, while making sure everyone is satisfied. Great service, great atmosphere, and great food for over 25 years! Can't wait to return again and again!

for lunch i had a great salad topped with fried crawfish. the staff is very personable. great restaurant.

My favorite place to eat in the area. We are from out of town but our relatives in town are members. The atmosphere is great the service is excellent and food does not disappoint. It is always are favorite restaurant meal when we visit. If you have a chance to eat here you will not be disappointed.
