We booked Perrier for our wedding and it was a terrible experience. Two days before the wedding the owner yelled at me over the phone (and hung up on me) and in person at our wedding venue because him and his team made a mistake that I asked them to fix. Was yelling so much my parents had to step in and help because it was just ridiculous. Completely unprofessional for a very expensive service. If you want to have a good experience with rental companies ..this is not the one for you.

I was working the same event as Perrier Party Rentals recently. All of the workers were quite nice and professional until Jim, the owner, came to work... He treated my team with absolutely no respect, as though we were peasants and he was the king. He kept throwing out these passive aggressive comments as we were working. He acted like what his company was doing was the only important thing happening at the event. That isn't true, the clients wishes are the most important thing. At one point he tried to tell us what to do! We aren't with the same company. I don't want to patronize a company who's owner doesn't treat others with respect.

Our nonprofit organization rented champagne glasses from Perrier Party Rentals for our annual fundraiser. They were an enormous hit! Beautiful and sturdy glasses, they even gave us a small refund on our deposit because we didn't have any damages. As the featured drink of the event, many guests complimented us on the elegance. The Customer service was horrendous. Gayle needs customer service training, particularly in a service oriented industry. I would not recommend Perrier Event Rentals to any of my colleagues, friends or family. There are plenty of other event rental companies that offer better quality customer service and equipment. Patronize at Your Own Risk! Hopefully everyone's experience is not the same as mine but if I can save one individual or one family from a horrific experience like mine then my job is done and this post was worth it.

I've only used on event rental company, and this was it. I expected it to be easier. They're not big on using email. I got better responses when I called. Once I called, it was easy to place my order. They did ask me to FAX them a layout that I wanted for my tables and chairs... I don't have access to a FAX, so I was able to email them. Billing is my issue with them. They only MAIL you bill after the event for damages etc. Because I was a part of a student org, bills get lost in the mail when you don't have a real mailbox. And our turn around time for a check is a month, while they have a policy to pay within 15 days of billing without late fees. So I asked them to make an exception, and I'll pay you up front for costs, and then if there are damages, email me so I can pay you. No hitches up to now. I got a message that there was some damages to the linens. I emailed and called (leaving a message) to remind them that I've already paid the upfront costs, and looked at all the linens, and there were no damages. Out of sight out of mind when I did my part. I figured that they took care of it. I didn't hear back from them until 2.5 months later when the finance person in another department emailed me the bill for $45 for 1 damaged linen. What was I to do at this time? I just paid it. A year later, I almost forgot about it until someone mentioned event rentals, and it all came back.

We threw a party for about 50 people. Perrier Party Rentals had all the glasses, plates, flatware, linens, party lights, tables, and chairs we needed. They delivered and picked up when they said they would, quickly and efficiently. I could not have thrown this party without their help.Please note: Perrier Party Rental accepts local check and bank drafts, not credit cards. Also note: I ordered a tent through Larkin's Event Tents so as to protect both guests and Perrier's equipment in the event of rain.

Poor customer service. The person that answered the phone let me know she didn't have to time help me or answer 2 questions about pricing or about their product. We were only on the phone for 4 mins and said she didn't have time and I needed to call back so she could take someone else's call. Would not recommend. If service is poor over the phone then....(what kind service is provided in person) no thanks....

My company used them for a business event we were hosting. At the end of the event we double check to make sure everything was in order and there were no damage to the rented property. A few months later someone contact us stating that there was damage to the linen and that we owed a fee. We contacted them on many occasions disputing the charge because we were felt we did not owe them anything. Eventually, they decided to charge our vendor whom we rented space from. They actually just took it out of there deposit from another event they had using this rental company. This is a very very poor business practice on Perrier's part. Because the amount was small and we felt bad, we decided to make our vendor whole.Thanks to Perrier Party Rentals poor business practices we will no longer procure their services.
