First of all, the food was fabulous, I give the food 5 stars! The service was less than fabulous. We ordered appetizers and beer, the beer was not cold and when I spoke to the waitress, Kylie, she said that all the beer is kept in the same cooler...??? Not sure what that meant. A table arrived next to us about 10-15 minutes later. She was dealing with another table and getting their payments. She then went to the other table that had just sat and took their drink orders. I then told her we were ready to order and she said she would be right back. She came back with their drinks and took their order before taking ours. Sorry Kylie, but you sucked tonight.

Consistency is the key to success and this business has perfected it! Quality of food is by far impeccable. Kind friendly & attentive service. Clean and relaxing atmosphere. Been eating the Kitchen Sink pizza since 1998 and it was,still is by far the best pizza I've ever ran across.

The establishment is split into three main parts: an arcade, a dining room and a bar.Go here if you want to try some beers that you won't find in one spot anywhere else in the local area. Not that all the beers are good, but you can try them. The pizzas not that great(in my opinion) - specifically, the crust is dry (reminiscent of cardboard) and lacks flavor. Toppings are generally generous, but it doesn't make up for the crust's shortcomings.The waitstaff is friendly, but in the bar, you have to go to the bar to get help.The arcade is on the end of the restaurant, opposite the bar/beer wall. Bottled beers are reasonably priced, beer wall beers are expensive (priced per the ounce), and the food is expensive for what you get.Cheers!

Such a fun spot to eat. Discovered the honey baked boneless wings and they are delicious. Recently dined in the Pour House while watching basketball. You do have to order at the counter, but the staff was still very helpful when bringing out the food. Highly recommend for a group of people, family outings, or even a date night.

We had delicious food and a great waitress. However, the kitchen simply needs to get their act together. My family of four waited over an hour for our food, and none of the items were overly complicated. I understand many places are understaffed right now, but this wait time is absolutely absurd. Even during COVID we got our food within 20 minutes. A manager went to the table next to us saying how "they're not a fast food restaurant" but I think that any rational person would want to eat and leave within an hour. Until this kitchen can get their act together, they are not receiving my business.
