Awaiting your picnic
Office with only one washer and one dryer working. It's not a get your laundry on day.
You'll need a Phillips head screwdriver to turn the water spigots.
Simple, clean, safe and affordable. This place was my choice.

The most exceptional customer service I have every experienced. The campground itself, I have to say is in need of some TLC. Overall, I would go back again, no hesitation.I have to say, from a customer service perspective I think I have seen it all at the campgrounds I've been too over the years. Some good and some not so good. But the owner of this place would have given me the shirt off his back if I asked for it. The man was so accommodating to my needs, my arrival and departure times, he even helped me back in. He was also very apologetic over the condition of the campground (which I agree is a bit rough around the edges) but was no where in the poor condition he had painted it in. The sites are a bit small, and the location to the hook-ups a bit awkward, but for "city camping" when our purpose was to use the place as a pit stop on our way across the country, and for a day trip into the French Quarter, you really couldn't ask for more. There is a bus stop within a short distance's walk that will drop you in the middle of everything and if you don't feel like cooking, there are plenty of food choices just over the bridge that neighbor's the campground. Truly no complains. I wish the owner the best as he cleans up the place and smooths out those rough edges.

This RV "park" wins the award for the absolute worst place I've ever stayed with my rig and I've stayed in some really bad places. This is not a park but an unkempt parking lot with mostly full time residents, including a homeless lady who live behind the bathroom. There is one bathroom and one shower and these are both filthy. There's no toilet paper, soap or hand towels. We spoke to the owner and he promised to bring us supplies and failed to do so. We still thought we could manage since we'd be spending most of our time in the city proper. This thought came to a grinding halt as the rip roaring Tokyo drift party started up next door at the daiquiri place. Kids doing burnouts and racing up and down the freeway ramp till 3am. We also lost any sense of safety when we went to pick up our Uber and we're being threatened by the local party attendees outside the gate. I spoke to the owner Craig/Greg about a refund as we are leaving after day one of a 3 day stay. He blamed it on the "that's the world these days"(direct quote) and hung up on me. This is less of a review and more of a warning to others to stay far away from this "park".

This so called RV park is the pits. Trashy! To get in there's a hard turn to the gate. I reserved 3 nights, we left after the 1st night. It's basically under the I-10 overpass. Very noisey, sirens all night. And not a nice part of town. The sites are just gravel and grass. And not level. They jammed some tent campers in less than 2 ft from our RV. We'll never go back!

I was so lucky to find this place. Greg the owner answered the phone and was super helpful. It is a safe, clean, simple place that is a short ride to the center of the city and nightlife. The rates are much better than in town and if you're looking for a safe and good value this is a great choice.

The park is a dump ,the Wifi sucks ,the bathroom was all ways dirty . the grass gets cuts only when people complain . they have nothing but full timers and there yards are trashed .On the good side the owner Greg is a very nice guy.The food is good comfort food . They had a great chef but they ran him off and after he quit the ran him out of the rev park. The park is 1 out of 10 and the restaurant. Is a 11 out of a 10 It don't help the park is in a very bad location and I don't mean because of crime . cause I never felt unsafe

Very affordable and super friendly staff. Nice grill offered at the entrance of park. Only 5 miles to the quarter and super close to the hwy if your driving and the city bus stop is right across the street that will take you downtown for just $1.25. Gated and secure. Glad we found this little place.

This park is decently maintained. It's not in a great part of town though. It's in a heavy industrial area. The owner greeted me at the gate and helped me hookup my water, sewer and he helped me turn on my hot water heater because I forgot how! He is extraordinarily nice. This place is a bit run down, but I gave it 4 stars anyway because it has a laundry mat and they cook meals here and there is enough room for two vehicles! City water and sewer! Great bang for your buck! Can't beat the rates to be so close in. Also very quiet after 10. There are some nice travel trailers and motor homes that stay here. It's not as dumpy as ppl make it out to be. Though there have been vehicle breakins because of the neighborhood?.?. Just lock up your stuff as with anywhere else you go.

Park could use some TLC and it's located in a very industrial area, but the owner was very nice and greeted us when we arrived and there is a locked gate 24/7. We never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. Full hook ups too which was nice!

This place is a dump. It's in a heavy industrial area. It's under Interstate 10. It has no picnic tables, no internet. The guy who owns it has a restaurant in front, and to go in you have to be buzzed in by the workers. Do I have to say anything else.

Stayed for New Years last year. It was fine...we felt perfectly safe. Nothing fancy but it's perfect $. I think for a group of travelers who need a legit spot but don't want to waste money this is the perfect rv camp. While it's not the normal (Busybody) rv park with chatty Cathy's running around, nobody bothered us and it is cheap. The nearest other park is over four times the cost and is literally just landscaped better. For those just passing you'll need that extra money in Florida. If you're like us and you frequent Nola then you'll understand...we called Uber to pick us up at the gate and drop us at the gate. It's not in a neighborhood you really want to wonder around in. #soylocal But it's a cheap ride to the quarter or magazine. By comparison a balcony suite on the parade route will set you back $2000. This just slightly off the trail park is $150 for the same days.
