This place isn't even open any more! And when you ask about them at the help desk, they have no idea where they went. Don't waste your time! Good luck finding somewhere else to go. Were they running from the Feds? Or were they running from a sorry reputation?

I tried sending a pack of cigarillos to my 21 year old cousin, but Payless wouldn't fulfill the order. They said the public record system they used could not find him as being over 21, even though he was. I am unsure what system they use, but if they rely on it for purchase verifications, it should really be kept up to date. Canceled the order, will not be returning.

Looked great on the web. Downstairs cigar store was fantastic considering arrangement and apparent selection. Customer service, however, was about what you expect in New Orleans, outside the hotels and restaurants: unacceptable. Pipe store closes at 5:00PM. Got there at 4:26PM and the place was locked up tight. Went downstairs to the cigar store and asked the guy about about it: he confirmed the pipe store was closed for the evening. Typical NOLA 'screw you'. Go there for selection. Do not go there for customer service.
