OMG Cupcake Factory

Ordered a cake for Friday. It was ready when I went to get it. It was a nice cake, my wife loved it. It also tasted amazing. Highly recommend OMG Cupcake Factory for your next get together or even a Tuesday.

What an adorable little cupcake place! There were so many cupcakes to choose from. Traditional flavors along with some unique ones - I've tried the Samoa and blackberry cobbler so far and they were so good! The cake and frosting were delicious and a perfect balance between the two. Plus, they had good pricing for such extravagant cupcakes.

Cute little bakery that specializes in cupcakes although they do make cakes as well if you order ahead. The owner was nice and helpful when we stopped in to get a dozen cupcakes for a family gathering. The case was filled with delectable looking cupcakes but we were informed that they usually run out by 2 or 3 p.m. each afternoon. They are homemade daily and look like little works of art.I sampled the Banana Pudding, Fudge Brownie and Pecan Praline cupcakes. All were very moist and delicious but my absolute favorite was the Banana Pudding. Goodness that was so good. It was a little under $25 for the dozen so they average out to be around $2 each. I think that's a little steep for a cupcake but I'm a tightwad. If you order $50 worth and need them delivered they'll do that for you for free if you live in the area.Try this place out if you're in the mood for a nice gourmet cupcake!

The place is clean and inviting. Customers have easy visual access too the cupcakes which makes it easy to choose. The place has an interesting selection of cupcakes not available anywhere else that I know of in the city, and they look really great.I feel the bakery fails in a couple areas though. These problems weren't readily apparent, and only presented themselves once we had taken the cupcakes home.First problem was size of the cupcakes. They look pretty normal from the top, with that big blob of frosting liberally applied, but the bottom part of the cake that is sitting in the cup is where the issue is. With typical cupcake cups, when you pour the batter in them the batter pushes the cup open some and fills their area of the tin, the result being that once they are baked, you have the standard size cupcake we are all familiar with. At this place however, they use these really stiff metal cups that don't seem to expand out. They stay completely fluted. On top of that, all of ours seemed to be dented inward a bit. The result was the actual size of cupcakes being roughly just over half of what a normal cupcake is. It's tiny. Once the icing is off, it's one bite.Second problem is only a problem because the cupcakes are expensive. The taste. I've been baking for 25 years, and these don't have the type of vibrant flavor I associate with carefully prepared homemade baked goods. I won't go so far as to say they taste like mass-produced supermarket cupcakes, but they fall somewhere between the two. One of the area's this was most apparent was when I tasted the cream cheese frosting.For the above two reasons, I feel although they are pretty good cupcakes, they are not in line with the price being charged. I don't see myself going here very often, but for most people, if you want readily-available cupcakes that are of better quality than the supermarket bakery, these will do. Just be aware that they are obscenely expensive for what you're actually getting.Overall, it's an okay place.

Had a cake and cup cake made by this shop for a birthday party and I bake and I am a tough critic , everything was amazing this is my new fav place !!! The fillings were amazing the detailing on cake and cup cake was very good and very neat and clean and smooth Icing !! I can't wait to order my own stuff for an event from their !

Very disappointed in the Chantilly King Cake. Very dry, cream cheese very plain and thick, no fruits and cinnamon very tart, like pure cinnamon with no sugar. A waste of $20.

This place has the best cakes and cupcakes in town. They did my wedding cake, grooms cake, and many birthday cupcakes!!! We love it!

Nastiest cupcakes ever!! Don't go here unless you want dry, no flavor, days old cupcakes. I bought different "flavors" but no flavor only picture worthy cupcakes. Wish I can get my money back

You've never had a cupcake until you've had OMG. I lived most of my life believing that cupcakes are just dry and dull, but then I ate one of these bad boys. I consider myself a picky person in every way, and I can genuinely say I've never tasted a bad product. And I've ordered basically the whole menu I can't say enough good things about it honestly. Perfect for parties too! Their cakes are SO adorable and they're the best. 11/10 TOTALLY recommend
