Oceana’s Hideout Bar

Ambiance, service and a food were dynamite. Started with hurricanes and the other speciality cocktail ( which I cannot recall) Hubby got the blackened red fish with jambalaya and Lordy was that good. I got the bowl of gumbo and it was fantastic. Ended our meal with the crème brûlée.Run. Don't walk to this place for dinner.

We were walking by and decided to try this bar. There was a live band with a dancing floor. One bar in front and another part in the back where you could order drinks. There was a clean bathroom there. Also an upstairs where there was a lot of seating and it was quiet. I had a strawberry drink that was amazing. We had a really good time highly recommend.

Came here for late night live Blues music and a drink. Such a vibe! That's all folks!

Maybe a bit older crowd ( not 20's) great live music! Sat outside full bar and great ambiance ( yuy can actually here the jazz!)

My Besties and I were just walking the streets in the French Quarters and decided on wings. The gentleman outside of the establishment, Frank, invited us in for some of the best wings in the city. Plus, they have Live Music, and the young lady singing was awesome. We decided to go on out to the nice patio in the back of the building. Met an Amazing couple, who bought Birthday drinks for All of us...I got the Cinnamon Toast Crunch (shot) DELISH. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. And oh Yeah, the wings were off the hook good. Music was Amazing, drinks were Great and the wings & fries were delicious.

Every time I go to New Orleans, I have to find amazing oysters. This place did not disappoint. We had amazing cheesy delicious oysters, and some pretty great pasta. I love how this place had outdoor seating because it was really nice outside when we went. They also had amazing cocktails that definitely got you tipsy after just one. Really love the ambience of the place because it was lively and fun but also family friendly. The pasta was cooked well I love the cream sauce as well as the shrimp. I think the main thing that took the show was the oysters you can see from the pic of how cheesy and buttery they were. This place was right off Bourbon Street so in perfect walking distance to hang out after you eat, the line was kind of long, but it actually moved pretty quickly and we sat down after standing in line for less than 30 minutes definitely check this place out if you near Bourbon Street.

The service was excellent, very friendly people, very accommodating for our limited mobility. Food was FANTASTIC!!! ambience was nice and live music was great. I would highly recommend and would go back again

Great bartender, but missed the mark on a speakeasy. Came to enjoy the speakeasy atmosphere. It's just a bar upstairs with loud music and no ambience of a speakeasy at all. On a bright note, the drinks were good.
