Worst customer service. Took almost 2 weeks to get a response after they sent wrong size to me. The box said size 12 but sneakers were a size 10. The delay in their response caused me to not be able to get my size because they sold out of all size 12. Great.

I must say just for the fact that this place had so much stuff in my size was a plus and that right there means alot to me but i knew about everything that was being sold and it was a bit over priced. With that being said it didnt stop be from buying a very expensive tshirt. They have more of anything worth buying in New Orleans ive seen.Go ahead and spend that little bit more cuz pickins is slim out here but they got the juice.

Correct order, fast shipping. Was skeptical because I'd never heard of them being that I live in Chicago. My transaction went smooth.

I was a loyal customer for years but will never purchase from this company again. Never order online from this store, you will get ripped off and the customer service is nonexistent

WORST customer service. I've been a loyal customer that's bought close to 10 pairs of shoes and am getting treated horribly. Last pair of shoes I bought I accidentally ordered a half size too small so I immediately re-ordered the larger size. I returned the small pair but since I didn't keep the tracking number and provide it to them they will not refund and want to charge me $15 to ship back the shoes. It's no surprise they hide behind an email and don't have a phone number to call into because they refuse to help. With so many shoe vendors to choose from, trust me, look elsewhere.This review is specific to the online shop (not brick and mortar location).

These people are trash and will scam you. I wish I would've read the reviews first. Never again! You can't contact them and they sent a fake tracking! They will try to get your money and send you the wrong product. So glad I went with my first mind and paid through PayPal.

Was sold a pair of shoes that immediately tore the first time wearing them. Tried to exchange the next day and was told that I could not prove there were like that when I left the store. Never shopping here again.

I will never do business with this online store. I bought 3 pairs of shoes, so well over $350. Two pairs were the wrong size. I had to pay $30 to return. Then they said they were damaged. I can assure you they were not. Either they got confused or they lie. Then you have to pay $15 to have them returned. I paid that so that they cannot resell. Let's see if I get back what I sent them. My guess is I won't because they were brand new and had never been worn for more than a minute ti try them on. They were men's 8. I'm a women's 8. You cannot talk to them. Email only. Slow response and they do not listen.
