Norco Civic Association

This is an ok place for a small event although it is a bit run down. There is a kitchen and some restrooms, plenty of tables and chairs and the prices are reasonable. If your not from the area, then it is a bit out of the way. I have attended wedding receptions, surprise parties and dinners here. There is that old building smell and there are some decorations on the walls that you aren't allowed to take down. I think it's probably less than 900 square feet.
