NOLA Steak

This restaurant was a solid choice! It's at Boomstown casino location. Our server Angel was the sweetest ever. Her service alone made our visit! There was also live music which really added to the ambiance.The food was pretty good and came out quickly. Steaks were cooked to our liking and seasoned very well! The drinks were delicious! It's certainly worth a try if you're out in the area and looking for a decent meal.

This a hidden gem. First off ,the place was really cute . Nice little picture wall right outside before the entering . We went on a Sunday it was my birthday and my niece suggested this place. It did not disappoint. Hardly anyone was in there and our waitress was very attentive. We were a party of 10, I food did not take long. We had several dishes chicken and waffles, which was just ok the waffle was supposed to have added bacon but it didn't. The bronze gulf redfish was delicious, the trinity rib tips were a little salty but not bad ,also the Salmon was very good. The bbq shrimps and grits were a little spicy but delicious. The beef short rib hash delicious. Since it was my birthday I received a desert. I got the Beignets omg!! They were soo good. We were told they have a band on Fridays so we will definitely be back to enjoy that experience! Nothing like good food and good music.!!

Sadly we were very disappointed with this restaurant. Our server Deontae seemed a little preoccupied or maybe he wasn't that interested in giving great service. The all you can eat crabs were over cooked, you couldn't get them to pop and some of them were still cold. My brussel sprouts were under cooked and the cast iron skillet that they were prepared in had rusted, which was in the sauce. After informing our server he came back and said yeah that because that's cast iron, duh we can see that but it's in my food!!No real resolution was offered until we asked to speak to a manager. He offered to take the crabs and sprouts off , which was appreciated. Thank you Mr. Edwards. We probably won't return. The interior looks like an old office space they may be repurposed, it feels like a hospital lobby.

Zero issues. The food was excellent, they properly seasoned all the dishes including the filet, cooked everything correctly, and the service was attentive.

My coworker and I both had the 8oz filet with the loaded backed potato and onion rings as our appetizer. The food was delicious and didn't take long to come out. Our waitress Courtney was very professional and attentive. I will be back again SOON!

Definitely aiming to make a splash in the steakhouse arena my food was divine had me closing my eye with every bite there was a larger party present that night which servers a bit busy my food made up for all hunanrgy energy

Nice ambiance with accommodating staff. Flavorful cowboy steak, cook to perfection. Reasonable prices for an above average experience. The cowboy steak was a shareable delight. The loaded baked potatoes was huge. I have been to this restaurant four (4) times and it has proven to be a consistent delight!Also, tried the onion rings, crawfish corn bread and was very impressed. A word of warning, the crawfish corn bread is super rich. Love it!Please note that happy hour by the bar is from 5-7pm. Drinks are at half price and sometime there is musical entertainment. Cheers!

I went here a month ago for the buffet and it under delivered. I tried contacting management and they neglected to respond. I wanted to give them a second chance for Valentines and got the 2 can dine for $100. The bisque was good, though they advertised shrimp bisque and it was crab. No complaints cause I like crab more than shrimp. Only complaint on that is we got our bisque before a guy who ordered before us. We ordered the steak and lobster. Both cold as ice. When my boyfriend asked for butter, we got chilled butter. Who puts that on hot food? We recieved the wrong dessert and while dessert was okay. The service was lacking. The male bartender was slow almost add, not remembering what needed to be done. The female bartender was better but in lack of a better words was slow. If I'm paying for a quality meal, I expect one. This was not it and I won't be giving it a third try. Step up your game boomtown. Your manager just runs around like a chicken with her head cut off doing absolutely nothing to help her staff thrive. Only thing that was nice was the performer singing love songs for Valentines.

March 1 2024Wait staff person was excellent. Food .. $58 dollar ribeye steak tuff and very fatty. Very disapointed. Ceaser salad had lots of hard stem lettus pieces. Not 5 star dinning.I have had better a Texas Roadhouse (sorry)

This was the worst place I have ever been... we waited 30 minutes for water. We went to the bar to get quicker service ... only to find the Bartender was a passive aggressive little asshole... my food was cold ... I don't understand The manager was accommodating but I will never come back here..ugh
