I cannot express how disappointed I am with Nola Party Rentals. I ordered 50 white chairs in June for my daughter's wedding in October. The girl taking my order was new, so I was very patient when got my order wrong 4 times. However, she had no problem taking my payment for of over $600. Two weeks before the wedding I called to confirm. The same girl, still very confused. She finally assured me that my chairs would be delivered on time for the ceremony. The day of the wedding, I had a friend go to the venue to meet the delivery people at 3pm (the time they promised) and they did not show up. The ceremony took place at 5pm and all of guests had to stand. Thankfully, it was a short ceremony, and the guests were very understanding. When we contacted Nola Party Rentals, the owner had the nerve to text me saying "if I would have text them two hours prior this would not have happened. This was my daughter's wedding day! We finally got a refund after a week. I cannot with a good heart recommend this company.
