This is a very safe and fun environment for my two young toddlers. I can easily keep up with two on my own while they are having fun. I would recommend it more for the younger children as the older ones get easily bored. The coffee is delicious as well! My biggest and only complaint is the times that I have arrived only to find out that I booked the same play time as a birthday party. Nothing against birthday parties, but some parties have so many children and there is little to no redirection when the children are unruly. It felt unsafe for my little toddlers with so many children running around. I feel like big parties should be private to where the public won't be able to purchase tickets during that time period. It was more stressful than fun during those times.

Went here for the first time today. My 4 year old really enjoyed it! The baby area is unfortunately in a a different area all the way down the hall. That was a big disappointment for my 8 month old. No outside food or drink allowed, but they have a snack area with lots of options.

We decided to check out the new indoor play place today. 5 stars for friendly staff, cleanliness of facility, and a coffee shop inside! Finally a kids play place that also thinks of adults. I took my 15 month old and she really enjoyed it, however, I think this play place is optimal for kids ages 2 to 8. She couldn't really climb up on the big main structure just yet, but in the next few months or so I think she will be all over it. They do have a small toddler room which is great for the little ones to take a break from the main structure or if there are too many big kids around. They have a price for weekdays and a weekend price. They do not have a pay structure based on age. For that reason I'll probably wait to go back until my daughter is a bit older so she can enjoy the place in its entirety. The cafe they have is great because they not only cater to kids by selling icees and juice but they also sell coffee for the adults! Too many of these kids places forget about the parents and their need for caffeine. They also sell La Louisane Bakery pastries - a great partnership!I'm a huge fan of indoor play places because it's a great option for when it's raining or a million degrees outside. This is another great option for families in the neighborhood.

Took my baby nephew to try it out. Very clean nice play area concept for toddlers and younger kids to play when the weather is so hot outdoor. When you walk in, the receptionist will have you check in a laptop and sign a waiver. She will also informed you that you will need socks to play and if you don't, you can purchase some. They offer a toddler room and also a main play area with beautiful wood playground structure that kids can climb and go down the slide. The play area is for ages 7 and under so it's sucks if you have an older child. They have seating area that allows adults to relax with a gourmet beverage or snacks for the kids while the kids play safely in sight. When we were in the toddler room, a mother and her kid about 5 came in. That child was loud and playing rough with the balls that I should have made a comment to the mother if she can take her boy out since the room did indicated it was for toddlers only. It would have been nice to at least have an employee to walk around and check around and also make sure parents has socks on also!

This place is the perfect place to take kids to play or when they're going crazy because they can't go to a park because of the heat or the rain....Or if their adults need to sit and drink a coffee and relax while they safely play. It's extremely clean and it's just enough for the kids to play and be distracted. There's an area for coloring, there's a toddler area and then a big playground area. We easily spent 2 hours here and it was not over or under stimulating. The coffee is really delicious also which is a big plus (thank you, April!). The owner, Charles, is also super kind and accommodating. My daughter is recently 4 years old but this place is perfect for younger and older kids.

Nice indoor playground! My girls enjoyed it very much! The place is clean, and staff's friendly. There's a toddler room for my little 8 month old and a larger area for my 3 year old, there's a Roo. For private party too. Definitely recommended!

Clean, clean, clean. Simple, safe, high-quality playground and activities. The owner and her son are always kind and friendly. Highly recommended all the time, and especially when cleanliness is a priority.

NOLA Kidsground makes it difficult to get a person to answer questions before booking. They do not respond to Contact Us form on their site, emails, nor answer their phone or IG comments for questions. Registering on their site for an account requires a code AND you must be added by a site administrator - who never adds you! Customers deserve answers before deciding to hold an event at your place of business.

I do not recommend this place, God forbid you or your child gets sick, the deposit is non refundable and if they give you a new date it's the only date they will give you. So I would say a 1/5 because you are scheduled based off of the business convenience/accommodations and not the clients. Plus a non refundable deposit during a medical situation does not sit well with parents.

Took my kids here spent $50 after an hour in a half they told me we needed to leave or pay again bc we were there to long. Thought it was a great place besides the unfriendly staff not to mention we were the only people in there the whole time. I guess they would rather loose business.
