The New Orleans Culinary and Hospitality Institute is an amazing nonprofit. They offer culinary training classes at this gorgeous building (which is now also associated with Tulane School of Business, I guess). I have only ever been here for events and it is a stunner. The renovations, the wood floors are just gorgeous. This building was underused for years and it's just great to see it being fully used. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor but I never seem to be nearby when it is open (and I think it's been closed since last year because of the pandemic). If you're invited to an event here, go. It is so pretty. Also know that the elevators are super confusing and you might not end up where you wanted to go.
