Noble By The Pound

I learned about this business via a Yelp event. The owners conducted an excellent cookie cake tutorial, which I really enjoyed, so I was super excited to try their products. They are a cottage bakery and do "pop-ups" at various places in the area. They were very gracious in giving Yelp Elites the opportunity to sample their products at the Market at the Oasis today. Their product presentation was great..quite aesthetically pleasing. The packaging was super cute. The Yelp Elites received two "baby" pound cakes...one lemon flavor, one vanilla. I also purchased some of the cookies and little Valentine's cookie cupcakes. The products were good and the owners and staff were very nice. Thanks Noble By the Pound, for a truly wonderful experience. I'm all for supporting our local businesses. Go show them some love and support!

I didn't realize I was a fan of pound cake (especially one with fruit on it) until having this cake. I was quite literally blown away. The cake was unbelievably moist and fresh, and the icing was a delicious strawberry cream cheese. Not too thick either, and it didn't need to be because the cake was so good on its own. The fruit was phenomenal too - not sure if it was soaked in sugar water or something because it was far better than normal fruit. Overall, highly highly recommend! Next time I need a cake for a birthday or celebration, I will definitely consider Noble by the Pound.

I did not bake with them but enjoyed watching the event and learning some great techniques.

Their desserts are yummy! I can't wait to get more. The staff was so nice too. As a Black woman, it is so nice and rare to see Black-owned local businesses, especially bakeries.

NOBLE BY THE POUND.... where have you all been all my life? I've been eyeing them since Thanksgiving but I didn't get a chance to order. I finally got to catch their pop up at the Oasis market. Once I arrived to Oasis, they were set up and ready at 9am. I got the opportunity to try their pound cake. I got the regular flavor and lemon flavor. The cakes were moist and fresh. It pairs well with my favorite teas. Also, I love their packaging and branding. The aesthetic gives me consistency and reliability as a brand. They are definitely a bakery to be on the look out for. Last but certainly not least, it's Black Owned!

Sadly, I haven't learned my lesson yet of eating before these demonstrations lol. Everything looked so delicious! I don't eat pound cake but I'm definitely trying Noble By The Pound's cakes! Everyone apart of the demonstration was nice and had an excellent presentation! I can't wait to try!!! I love these events because I picked up cooking and baking over the quarantine and these events help me to learn and expand my tastebuds. Also I get to find out about businesses that I never even heard of and I can share them with others.

I was so pleased with my purchases from Noble By The Pound. The first time, I got 2 slices of the original pound cake with icing, and the second order I placed was for 3 slices of the original pound cake (I'm old-fashioned that way). They were fabulous- fresh, moist, delicious, and you can tell the cake is made with real butter! Brooklyn has a great recipe on her hands, great marketing and exceptional customer service. I will definitely be ordering a whole Bundt cake for Christmas.

Ordered the Moma Lemon Pound Cake for my boss' birthday! She loved it!! The cake was beautifully presented and was delicious!!! Noble by the Pound even offers delivery, and cake arrived at promised time! Very professional. Wonderful customer service! Looking forward to tasting my way thru their entire dessert menu!
