New China

I have frequented this restaurant for years. Was always my favorite for Chinese food. The go orders were always plenty and delivered. Stopped in the other day to pick up take out. Horrible. Green Pepper steak was more like green pepper shoe leather. I picked out the meat it was too tough to chew. The wonton soup looked like egg drop with wonton noodle. One to be exact. I will not be back. Waste of money.

I'm so upset with this place I gave them three chances to impress me One with the egg drop soup absolutely flavorless Two with beef plate And this last time I ordered beef lomein and chicken on the stick as a side. Nope I get some beef curry looking thing and nasty chicken on the stick.Forgive me but never ever ever will I order here again

I have never had any problems with this restaurant. Every time my family and I have eaten there or grabbed takeout we have never had any roaches in our food or any other problems with the food and the staff has always been pleasant. They also have the best Pineapple Delights in town (in my honest opinion).

We ordered delivery yesterday and after eating all I could, I noticed a cooked roach in my dinner! I was completely disgusted! I called and spoke to someone who asked me to bring the plate back in. When I got there, she took the bagged plate to the back and quickly returned wanting to refund the plate lunch. The supposed manager came up and I told her I wanted the entire check refunded. He quickly agreed but never once did I get an apology or anything. The manager didn't seem concerned. I guess they did the right thing by refunding my money, but they can bet that they'll never see our faces again there!

I ordered food for delivery, I didn't have enough cash, so I paid with by debit card...the driver comes, gives me my food I give him a cash tip & he sits parked in front of my car for about 2 mins..then he leaves. My total was $17.58 I left a 0.00 tip on the receipt I signed because I gave cash. I had 2 charges one that was pending for $17.58 and one for $22.58 that cleared. The one that was pending fell off..When the charge cleared my account it was charged $5.00 more than I signed for. ($22.58) When I noticed, it was closed, so I go the next day and speak with the owner Mr.Lee, he assured me he only received the amount the card was ran for and he couldn't tell me why my card was charged more than I authorized. He assured me he was going to the bank in the morning and he would figure it out. He texts my phone the next day and tells me to check with my bank because his credit card processor said he only received the amount on the receipt ($17.58). So I contacted my bank & my bank said NEW CHINA submitted the $22.58 & not $17.58, so I was over charged. I told him as we were texting I was going to make a police report because I did not authorize that & that's theft. He told me I need to stop bouncing checks and maybe the right amount would clear and they wouldn't put pending charges on my account...I don't even own a check book. Lol but he made every excuse on why he couldn't figure out why I was charged $5.00 more. Granted it's only $5 but I shouldn't have been charged more than what I authorized to come out my account. I will never be back here, I've been a customer for YEARSSSS since I was a young girl, & I never had an issue (that I've noticed), Mr Lee was very disrespectful..DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!! You will definitely regret it.If it was done to me, I know it was done to others..Mr Lee admitted that in a text that was sent to me "it happens a lot" then tried to blame it on the holidays, I placed this order NOVEMBER 15, it cleared my account NOVEMBER 16..IT HAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THE HOLIDAYS

I heard there was new owners so I decided to give lunch a try. It was one of the worst restaurant expierences I've had in a while. A large gruff man in open toe shoes paced the entrance area overwhelmed with calls. His customer service skills were lacking on the phone to be heard throughout the building. Our waitress who never introduced herself walked up for the first time and asked If we were ready to order but we hadn't even put our drinks in yet. Once we did receive drinks we had to request straws. 2 lunches were ordered but only one person at the table was offered soup which is completementary to both meals After one soup came out I asked why I didn't get a soup and if my meal also came with one to which the waitress replied "you should have told me". One meal came out while the other took 10 min longer. The waitress said she asked the kitchen to make it a few times but she doesn't know and it's coming. Other tables around us got food first even after being seated after.Overall food was OK. But I will never suggest new china and I will never eat there again. Staff has lack of basic customer service and communication skills0/10 do not recommendAlso there were signs in the bathroom to please not flush toilet paper.

Terrible food it was delivered cold and I was not impressed with the quality . Don't waste your money

I literally downloaded Yelp just to put this review seeing how they highlighted a few bad reviews. I'am a simple man and order regularly a large shrimp fried rice. Sometimes I'll add egg roles for me since my little one only eats the shrimp and veggies from the rice. They have always been very kind and generous towards me and my daughters despite how often they are busy. I've never had any complaints with my meals and the workers at the registers always give my daughter 3-4 lollipops. It's always a good experience and my daughter was even shown the fish tank in the corner with the Goldfish just to make our wait more pleasant.

this is the worst chinese food i've ever tasted. in addition they did not package the dinner we paid for and ordered. i asked for a refund and they refused.i've called the bbb and the parish. terrible, greedy people....

Went here to eat Chinese. Well I wantbe back. Service was ok. Food was not good. After I read reviews after I got there I couldn't eat. So i dont recommend.
