Napoli's Italian Restauant

I'm a true New Yorker with high expectations when someone tells me they have an Italian restaurant. With that said I wasn't impressed nor pleased.

If you're into amazing Italian food ,then this is the place to eat. Everything is fresh and delicious. I've tried a fewdifferent dishes and all have been great. The portions are big and you always leave full. It's definitely worth a visit you will be back.

Food had no taste the service was awful we started with the shrimp artichoke dip, was served with no chips are toast; it came with the rolls, that came with the dinner entrée. I had the shrimp cacciatore the shrimp tasted exactly the same in the dip and the cacciatore that blew my mind. Wife had the Italian Sampler the lasagna tasted burned, Alfredo was water down no flavor at all, the chicken parmesan bland also no taste.... We had to beg to get refills on our drinks was never checked on and had to go find the waitress for my check.... I'm including the receipt to show cost and the waitress never apologized are even asked if I wanted to talk to a manager. The first time I was their it was so good a year later it's a different place will not be back.

It's okay at BEST. the service is hit or miss If there's a few people eating there while you go expect regular servicebut if there is there is more than 3 other tables eating expect TERRIBLE service!!! I didn't get a refill the whole time we were sitting and we were there for 50 mins!!! Took her 20 mins to get my card it's ridiculous! And for food part it is okay nothing crazy but the service just ruins it. And since it's the only sit down place for a while that's why people go there.

Stopped by here yesterday night after an induction ceremony. I ordered the calzone with the pepperoni, ricotta and mozzarella. It did take a few more minutes to prepare, but it was worth the wait. It was also very greasy, but still delicious. And the waitress we had was also very polite. I never would have guessed that she was from Albania, as well. But bottom line, come to this place if your looking for some Italian charm.

Truly enjoyed the food. The waitress was fabulous and made she we enjoyed the food and visit. Definitely will return.

Always happy to go here. The manicotti is amazing and something I don't see on menus often so I always get it when I can. The house made Alfredo is very rich so I never finish it all in one sitting but it is delicious. The staff is always friendly.

Food is real Italian, and the owners speak Italian first and English second, this is when you realize it's not your main Italian restaurant, everything going have a different taste and it's good.I was really impressed with the food here.

The owner Met is rude miserable human being. The food tastes old and reheated. Terrible service and food. The place just looks filthy. I will never go back to this extremely disgusting place!

Soooooo goood my friend didn't even know what she got but loves it I got the lasagna DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Definitely a hidden gem in Bogalusa, the appetizer was really good also, we recommend!
