We love serving the French Quarter from both our Royal St locations! This shop is at 633 Royal between St Peter and Tolouse. Come say hi!
My Grandmother wore this before I was born!

Lots of cool sculptures and jewelry. I had fun taking pics after asking the proprietor if it was okay.

My husband and I were vacationing in NOLA 10/'16 when he proposed, and we walked around all day going to different places looking for the perfect ring. Originally, we went to the other Naghi's location which was also incredible, but we ended up with Efi at his other location as our final stop. He was SO courteous and helpful to us. We didn't have the full amount for my dream ring with us, but Efi agreed to set up a payment plan with us for the remaining amount. He was amazing and very understanding throughout the payment process if we were ever short, or late on our monthly payment. He could've taken our money and kept the ring, but instead he stayed in constant contact with us and was very nice. I returned to NOLA in 9/'17 and stopped by to say hi to Efi. A year later and Efi remembered me and asked about my husband by name! My ring had lost one small diamond on the band (a result from sizing it down significantly) and when I showed him, Efi immediately offered to repair it for me. I was just stopping through on my way home though, and wasn't able to leave my ring for repair that day. We are going back to NOLA this year for our one year wedding anniversary and we can't wait to stop by and say hello to Efi again. We may even be getting a new wedding band from him this year!

This shop was a huge highlight of our recent trip to NOLA. I'm in love with this ring. Efi was so kind to me and my kids, my son walked away with an intricate carved stone figure for an amazing price. Could not say enough kind things, visit and I'm sure you'll find a treasure. The amount of gorgeous antique art nouveau rings is ridiculous and all so gorgeous. Glad the shop isn't in my state

I decided some months ago to get better acquainted with my new neighbors here in the French Quarter. Happened by chance, to wander into Naghi's at 633 Royal Street. What a treat! First off, this enchanting place has the feel of an old world art emporium or a tiny museum, instead of merely some tourist-y jewelry shop. Mr. Effi Naghi, a wonderful gentleman, looks after customers and art pieces alike with enormous warmth and great pride. He polished my eleven year old wedding band so it looks new as the day hubby Ric and I married! Also a heavy heirloom link bracelet from my late Grandma. I showed him a small pin that had been damaged, lying in a jewelry box for nearly two decades. His restoration brought it back to life, and it was gifted to some friends in Florida, who absolutely loved it. Moreover, he evaluated a ring I had considered selling. Unlike many jewelers who buy gold, his answer surprised me. After carefully examining a re-purposed diamond and gold band I had made for me in New York, he advised me NOT to sell it! Effi appreciated at first glance the meticulous care and attention that went into creating that piece. So, I will be keeping it! Naghi's is a family run business. Assisted by his gracious associate Gladys, customers are assured of a real New Orleans welcome - and treated well! Naghi's impressive inventory combines traditional items such as wedding jewelry and earrings, etc. with intricate ivory netsukes, unique sculpture, Africana, paintings by local artists, icons, and so very much more. Their price range has an encouragingly wide swing: Effi is always willing to work with customers, making certain they are able to acquire something lovely - for a manageable amount. Their second store just up Royal Street sells jewelry too - but large statues and, is equally worth a visit.

Check your receipt before leaving, they're known to overcharge. They don't itemize so that you get confused! It makes it impossible to return items.

One of my favorite places to shop for jewelry in New Orleans! Both locations are terrific and have helpful staff. Don't be afraid to ask questions or to haggle. I've found some stellar sterling silver pieces here and always go anytime I'm in town.

Our mission originally was to find a gigantic Bronze eagle, which amazingly enough they had. After much bartering, we settled on an Opal antique ring instead for my wife a little under half the list price after i made a cash money offer and fanned it out on the tableif you are close to Pat O'briens and need something for your wife to ensure you can still go places with your crew, spend 10 mins and walk over with cash money

Lots of great rings which caught my eye as I was walking down Royal. Lovely owner. I bought a silver and blue topaz ring though I fell in love with a sapphire and diamond ring (which was too champagne taste on my riesling budget). I would go back again.

Beautiful, unique jewelry and other items of interest, including a lovely collection of Judaica. Enjoyed shopping here and found the prices to be well within reason. If you are on Royal St. in the French Quarter, be sure to stop by.
