We absolutely LOVED IT!!!!!! My Daughter is still talking about. Thanks for making her face light up every minute since she was there.

This company is horrible!!!!!!!!! When I saw the flyer for an Ana and Elsa tea party, I thought to myself how much fun will that be for my daughter. Frozen is a big deal right now for kids all over. So, I went on their website to order some tickets for my friend and I to take the kids. It should be easy as 1 2 3 right? wrong!!!!!! I order the tickets on Oct. 14 through their website which brings you to paypal, you would think that's all I would have to do right? Wrong! They then make you send them an email with your name and your child name plus your address. So, that's what I did, for my friend and I bc I bought her ticket as well. They say tickets will be mailed out between 24-48hrs. But its Nov. 6, and we haven't received any tickets. I've tried calling multiple times no one answers, emails, voice mails, and all No response. I paid $65 for each ticket and you would think I would get better service but NOPE, they don't care at all. There very unprofessional!!!!! Glad this happen bc I also read about the Tea Party they had in Hammond, LA, where people wasn't served food or drinks and then there where rude and serving food without utensils. If you try to talk to them about what happens they block you from there page and delete the negative feedback. Don't waste your time and money!!!!!!!!!!!! Good thing it was through Paypal or i probably wouldn't have gotten my money Back.

My Little Pretties is an awful company. This was originally supposed to be on June 28. They postponed until July 18 because they didn't sell enough tickets. I emailed company 2 days before to make sure it was still on for the 18th, since it had been postponed once before. Received the reply "Yes, we are ready and so excited!" My 5 year old was so excited. We got her all dolled up. Makeup, curly hair, high heeled shoes, sparkly dress, and tiara. Her daddy dressed in his suit and they headed down the road to the Marriott Birmingham. They arrived to find 10 other parents with their princesses, waiting. When they asked the front desk why the ballroom was still locked, they were informed the event had been cancelled. The parents were not notified. The photographer was not notified. Everyone showed up, except the people who took our money and promised a ball. They made the best of it and had a small party in the lobby of the hotel. No dancing. No food. No crafts. No surprise princess appearances. So, while my daughter had a good time, it is not what was promised. It's not what we paid for. And, I am very hurt. Very angry. Very heartbroken for all the little princesses that missed out on the ball they were promised.Also, one of the patents tried to call the company yesterday, with no answer. I have reached out to company through email, fb posts, and fb private messages. I have received no answer. No explanation as to what happened and no refund.
