Mr Mudbug & 12 Seasons Catering

We used 12 Seasons for both our wedding and our welcome party which was great. For the welcome party, we used Mr. Mud Bugs where they did a great crawfish boil and New Orleans favorites. For the wedding, we didn't do a sit down dinner and had stations and passed horderves. They had a lot of great options and were really helpful during the tasting in helping us select our favorites. The guests were fed, happy and appreciated the "New Orleans flavor" since we were all from out of town. 12 seasons was great to work with and the food was great. Highly recommended!

Mr. Mudbugs did the catering for our Rehearsal Dinner/Welcome Party crawfish boil this past weekend and we can't say enough great things about them!Not only were they right on time with set up, they were amazing with pre-event communication as we both currently live out of town, and Ryan, Robert, and Erica were professional and fun! They helped our out of town guests learn about crawfish and demostrated the cooking/soaking process and made amazing spicy crawfish, mushrooms, potatoes, sausage, and corn. Even our local side of the family was impressed! The additional dishes were also amazing (Jambalaya and Muffalettas...Yum!)! I can not recommend this company more and hope to work with them again in the future!

I am using Mr. Mudbug catering 3-4 times a week for business meals. The food is delicious and the service is exceptional. They are always on time (usually early) and provide everything you need to have an exceptional meal. The presentation is great and they never forget the little details that make everything go smoothly. The only thing that would make them better is if we could order last minute (within 24 hours service) but the service and food quality is definitely worth 5 stars.

What a class act! We hired 12 Seasons for our welcome party for 100 people and they went above and beyond to make our crawfish boil a success. Crawfish was presented professionally and drinks (beer, wine, and soda) were served from separate coolers with an attendant to help open cans and bottle. Crawfish was among the best we have tasted, which is amazing given the amount of food prepared! Guests also raved about the jambalaya and bread pudding. The team was easy to work with, respectful, and stayed in good spirits from set up to breakdown. We could not recommend them more.

We rolled the dice, having Mr. Mudbug cater our crawfish boil wedding without doing a tasting first (long-distance wedding planning!). Everything was INSANELY delicious--crawfish and shrimp seasoned to perfection (not too hot for newbies but not too bland for the experienced), excellent sausage, perfect corn, vegetarian white beans and rice that somehow tasted as good as the meat-filled kind (?!)--the setup looked really lovely (seafood laid out in boats), and they made everything really easy for us, coordinating with our venue so we didn't have to. Do not hesitate to use them for any occasion.

Mr. Mudbug catered my company holiday party last year and it was a huge success! The staff was extremely professional and the food was top-tier. They even helped us with décor to add extra holiday cheer to the event. I definitely look forward to working with Mr. Mudbug again in the future.
