So I called a day in before going because I was in need of an oil change. I talked to the guy over the phone his name is Jessie. I had just recently purchased a car from them and asked since it was my first time getting service is it going to be free? Jessie said yes it will be free I asked multiple times and said "but it will be free correct?" he said YES for the first time getting service it will BE FREE. I get there I wait about 2 hours and it was in fact NOT FREE FOR MY FIRST TIME SERVICE. I asked why it's not free when you said it was free. He says it's not free for used cars... He looked up my info on the computer read my phone number out to me to make sure it was me with the car I bought. Don't you think it would say "car-USED" ??? Very upset I had to come unexpectedly out of pocket because of money hungry Jessie. I WONT be returning for anymore oil changes unless I need other things checked if I were DESPERATE I'd go back dragging my feet! I hate liars.

BEWARE OF THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT AT MOSSY MOTORS! Mr. Jourdan, their finance manager, and Tim Geis, another one in the finance department, added a $3000 "service warranty" to my deal without my consent. They also added GAP insurance after I told them I had it through my insurance which was another $1,000. Oh, and they will charge you over $500 in "document fees" for the loan - money they also just pocket. Mossy doesn't make its money off of selling cars - it makes it off of financing them. They are the definition of sleazy used car sales. They have a nice inventory so set your financing up elsewhere and you will have no issues. But their finance department will ensure they rip you off!

Absolutely terrible. Took car in to get tire changed. They said left engine mount broken even though car was functioning well. We replaced the mount and have experienced all kinds of issues since then. Have taken the car in multiple times and the repair shop has been unable to fix the issue. It's an absolute nightmare with three kids and two doctors in the family. The inconvenience is indescribable.

Wow. This place use to be really reliable. Called today to make an appointment and the guy who answered was not friendly and asked me what I needed done and as I was explaining he talked over me the whole time. Not a care for what I needed done and then went on to say if they haven't worked on it before, which they have, they wouldn't service it. Since when does GM not service GM? Douche canoe. I'll make sure I post to my 200k Nola followers how terrible and rude he was.

the absolute worst service department ever- dropped my car three times within a span of three months for simple repairs and each time the car came back w a new problem and in worse condition to the point it was undrivable. then they made me pay for a diagnostic evaluation when I decided not to continue w repairs. at minimum they don't know how to fix cars but my suspicion is unethical and criminal practices. The Absolute Worst!!!
