We had a wait for food but it was made fresh and hot. Very good food enough to share . I had shrimp Poorboy and my brothers had the club sandwich both was delicious and more than we can eat. Brooklyn was our server she was friendly and cute.

Amazing service, great view. Very tasty food. Great for families. Both casual and nice. Gif selection of wine and beers.

Always please here. Wife and I stopped last week and had club sandwiches. Actual large pieces of meat not just deli slices. Very good and very fast. Ordered them to go but decided to eat them in the park next door so I got some waters to go as well which they were happy to give us for free! We have been here a few times over the years and love it every time.

Excellent service and food is on point!! I had a Bloody Mary, Oyster Remoulade, and a soft shelled crab. Delicious and filling!!

The food here is great! Service is very smooth as long as it's not packed. They are very welcoming and friendly.

Amazing food.I drive 2 hours away every few months just go get a taste. It's so worth it. Located on the water, the view is awesome. You can always see fish,ducks, and turtles. You can park by boat aswell. I highly recommend them. The wait staff is very friendly and fast aswell.

One of my favorite places to eat in new roads. Awesome view of the lake or river (if you are a local).

The food is absolutely bland... The chicken parmesan had no sauce and the actual cheese was hard. The service was good and the employees where good put kept insisting for refills. No Matter how many time I say no the won't take it for a answer! The grilled cheese was horrible as well. The crust was so burnt it was not edible, the cheese was so dry and greasy that it was unappetizing. The fry's that came with the grilled cheese were very soggy and cold. Something else that was outrageous was that to get curly fries instead of soggy frap fries was a charge of $3.87?! Another outrageous price was it was about $11 just for 4 small cheese sticks, good cheese sticks but 4 small cheese sticks.. One bad experience I had while looking out the window was 4 kids spitting on the ducks.. this is the last time I will be at this restaurant...

Went last Friday for lunch. Restaurant was crowded but we were seated immediately. Downhill from there. Took 25 minutes to bring us water. We were about to leave when she came back, took our order. Waited another HOUR for our food. Hubby had a Caesar salad made with spring mix, not romaine lettuce. He is not picky at all and he didn't like it. My fried crawfish sandwich was disgusting, fried crawfish tasted cold and soggy with too much breading. Bun was burnt. It made me a bit queasy but I ate a bit because I was starving and by now near 2PM and I'd had no breakfast, waiting for a nice meal here. Fries were cold. Here's the problem. There was a full restaurant, seats about 70 +/-, and there were 2 waitresses. And best I could tell, 1 person in the kitchen. Please, owners! If you can't get help, close the restaurant until you can! Last time we were here, it was just okay, took a little less time, but still waited long. I believe the owners just don't care about the customers, just the $$. I would be embarrassed to serve what they served us and charge what they did for it. We don't mind paying whatever for good food, but this was ridiculous. Never coming back. Sorry. Too many good places out there.

Awful save your money. Went there Saturday with my daughter and her husband they got the seafood platter, what a joke. The crab claws looked like they just took used one and re fried tgem the oysters we're smelling awful and we're the size of a quarter it was awful. I got the fish and shrimp platter it wasn't any better , fries were cold shrimp were frozen. Won't be back that's for sure only reason we stopped is because Hot Tails are remodeling. I've eaten here before but it wasn't this bad. I've added one star because it won't let you add a O.
