Moonshine Bar and Grill

There was a comment on a FB page promoting how good the burger is at Moonshine. I am always looking for a good burger, so I tried it last night. The burger was over cooked, had zero flavor and a sprinkle of cheese. This will rank as one or the worse burgers I have ever eaten at a Bar and Grill. The onion rings were just as bad. Service, we were given a condiment basket and every one was empty - ketchup, mustard, Mayo. We asked for a knife and was given one wrapped in a paper towel. My wife ordered a Tito's and tonic with a splash of cranberry and was given a 20oz cup loaded with that imitation bar cranberry. She said splash. The bartender spent more time stocking, cleaning, merrying liq bottles together, which I thought was a no no, than providing any kind of service. Gave it a try, but this is a one and done experience

I saw they had a $13 filet special so I went to try it, wasn't expecting much since it is a bar and grill but it was really good, my gf had the cheeseburger and I had a bite, we both agreed it was one of the best burgers we ever had. Cheese Fries were typical bar fries but still tasty, lots of cheese. Drink prices very fair and service was good. Will be visiting again soon.

I went here on a Friday for the steak night they offer on Fridays. The steak was so good, it reminded me of a traditional steakhouse. The service was good. They took good care of me while ai was there. The place was clean and we'll taken care of. There was plenty of seating for a big group. I will definitely be back to try some of the other specials on other nights.
