Monogram Express

I came here to get my scrub tops embroidered with my name. I got one line 1st last name in white. For 4 scrub tops it was less than $10 each. They had a large selection of colors. I was able to pick up the tops the next day!

Would def. recommend this place for monogram services. They have a lot of threads, and different font/sizes to choose from. And if you're not too experienced with monograms, the staff will help you choose the right one to fit your needs. Product turned out amazing, and quick turn around. Not to mention, great prices.

My, my, my... What a great little embroidery shop!!! So colorful and soooooo any items that are displayed and personalized; I just want to bring all my t-shirts, backpacks and the like here for monogramming!!!I was sent here as my niece's school exclusively utilizes this shop to affix the logos for their school uniforms. While initially that seemed to be a bit of a nuisance, I wondered 'why can't I just use my local embroidery shop?'. After visiting the shop, being a party to the friendly staff, great customer service, I soon forgot about the trip to Metairie & started focusing on what I PERSONALLY could have monogrammed... After having the school logo placed on her shirt, next thing you know, ba-da-boom, ba-da-bang we have my company's logo stitched on 2 hats... Annnnnnnnnnnnddddddd I have plans of bringing MORE ITEMS for stitching. We already paid the setup fee & all that needs to happen now is to pay for the stitch work, right... Righttttttt. Watch out world, I'm about to be a walking billboard of embroidered items!!!! Shared parking lot. Fair pricing. Great customer service. Great turn around time. Super friendly staff.

If you need to have something monogrammed, my recommendation is Monogram Express. I've had lots of things monogrammed here, and have ALWAYS been pleased with the products and service. I once had a friend monogram a puffer vest for me, and it was a mess. I took the vest to ME. They were able to remove the botched monogram without damaging the fabric, and re-monogrammed the vest. It was perfect. They have lots of monogrammable (is that even a word?) items in the store to choose from if you're looking for a gift. Purses, towels, shirts, etc. Really cute stuff.And the turn times are pretty quick. If you need something done lickety-split, they can do it for an upcharge. Lots of thread colors, tons of fonts to choose from, designs out the wazoo, and a helpful staff.

Love Monogram Express! I have had a few items monogrammed in the past and needed a blanket monogrammed for Fathers Day. I showed the girl where I wanted the monogram and mistakenly had the blanket upside down. Probably no one else would have noticed but I did. I took it back and the girls could not have been nicer. They removed the stitching and re-embroidered it within 3 days! Fantastic job! No one will ever know...It's perfect! Everyone was so professional and accommodating. The only place for my future projects.

Monogram Express is pure perfection! This local business creates amazing work and never disappoints. You can count on them for any type of personalization and gifts. The owners and entire staff work extremely hard to please and they never fail. We love this place and cannot wait to watch it grow! I use them for professional and personal purposes. I've always had a good experience with them until recently. I totally forgot that I dropped something off earlier in the week & was told it would be ready Friday. Saturday morning I realized I hadn't been called yet. I called the store twice...no one answered. I decided to drive to the store since i needed the item for work. It was busy as usual. I told the girl I was there to pick up my item but hadn't received a call. Her response was, "Yea we were busy yesterday & didn't get around to making phone calls." Ummm excuse me?! So if I wouldn't have come by the store I wouldn't have gotten my item until next week since they're closed on sundays? Something about her snappy response completely rubbed me the wrong way. Not sure I'll be returning or recommending them as I always have.I also noticed that since it's closer to kids back to school every parent in Nola is getting things monogrammed for their kids so YES they are busy & yes things are taking longer however that's no excuse.

I had a problem with spacing of the letters with my monogram. The shop was very helpful and replaced the item with a new monogram, beautifully done. reputable business. will go again
