MISS muffin by Little Miss Muffin

I headed into Metairie on a Saturday afternoon to visit their neighboring store, and after grabbing items next door, i headed to Little Miss Muffin. A ladies' apparel and kids clothing store, as well as some decorative housewares and accessories, the store had a little bit of everything. First off, I was greeted by friendly staff when I walked in, and as I made my way around the store, they were kind enough to take my items to hold them for me. It's a bit crammed in there, but that just means they have some great items. they have Louisiana themed art, Mardi Gras items, and lots of non-themed clothing and accessories. I left with a cute Mardi Gras tumbler, a Louisiana themed plaque to gift a couple I know, and a cute Mardi Gras mask. They had the cutest king cake plates and artwork. I had already blown my budget that day, so I had to cut the visit short. I really enjoyed my trip in here, and will certainly go back, especially for kids gifts, if i am in the area.

I finally made it in the store! For some reason every time I happen to be in the neighborhood my night owl tendencies make me miss the store hours for this store! One of my girlfriends, Yelper Sandy A. And I longingly peeked through the store window one day after we stopped at Morning Call with my bestie, Yelper Steve A.!This store is one of three stores in the area with Little Miss Muffin in Lakeview and then another one on Old Metairie Road!Can I tell you the sales ladies here are so friendly and welcoming! They greet you as soon as you walk in the store and ask if you need help. One thing I'll mention is this store is so much bigger on the inside than what it appears in the outside! It has clothes, jewelry, shoes, purses, accessories etc. for little girls, teenagers and ladies! I love it!! There are even toys in the front! And can I tell you they have a runway with a a red carpet by the changing area! How cute is that! Happy shopping y'all!

My sister bought me a $250 gift card from this store as a gift for Christmas back in October. I went in to use it and was told it was only good for that store!!! I asked to speak to the manager, I believe her name is Lynn. When I asked about using it at the other stores she told me she would have to ask the owner, who by the way owns the other two stores!!! I asked if I could speak with her and gave Lynn my number to give to the owner. Never got a phone call. Went back in the store and spoke to Julie, and Lynn. I was told owner was on a buying trip and they would have her call when she returned. Gave them my number again... NO PHONE CALL!! Went to the store again and spoke to Jennifer... No help what so ever!! When I reiterated my dilemma to Jennifer, she remarked their was another woman in my same position who was trying to use a $750 gift card.... As if that would make me feel better!!! Bottom line is... DON'T BUY GIFT CARDS FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Yes, they are polite and cordial when you come into the store, but have NO INTEREST in satisfying their customers! I would never shop in any of their stores again and have let my friends know of my shabby treatment!

Love to shop here! Always really nice selection of gifts and clothing. Staff is friendly and helpful with any questions.

Not the best customer service, the workers weren't too polite. Would not return and give my business to them again. Customer service should alwways be number one.
