Mirabella

I really liked this store with their nice selection and reasonable prices. I will agree that there was no acknowledgement when I walked in, but that's not a big deal.I was impressed at the prices at some of the really nice items. They had a black sequin dress, that would be perfect for a fancy night out on the town, and it was only $70. They had other cute dresses and skirts that were in the $30 range. I didn't see anything that appealed to me on this visit, but Mirabella is on my radar and I'll be visiting them again.

Shop has some really nice things however I got something as a gift and I needed to exchange. Their return policy is really tight. Be careful with that. They may want to rethink that. I would have spent more than the exchange. Disappointing.

Think twice before you waste your hard earned money here. Make sure you check their strict and ridiculous return policy. You cannot return jewelry. If you return merchandise within 14 days, you can only get a store credit. That store credit can only be used towards merchandise. You cannot use it to buy a gift card as a gift for someone else. The mirrors here are deceptive. They make you look really tall. You won't feel comfortable in this uppity boutique unless you are carrying a Louis Vuitton purse. Eye rolling by the work staff is the norm. A complete disappointment.

Today was my second and last visit to Mirabella.My first experience was equally as negative as today. No "Hello" or any acknowledgement on either shopping trip. On the first visit, the owner and the sales girl were talking amongst themselves then had the nerve to pick up their cell phone for a personal conversation when I was ready to check out so I had to wait on her. Too bad, because I had some questions about the expensive necklaces and would have bought some if she would have been the least bit helpful.Today, the owner looked right at us, turned her nose up and walked to the back. Still no acknowledgement or thanks for giving her some business even though I was holding several items to try on. The sales girl eventually came up behind me and coldly asked if she could put my items in the dressing room.Sure, there was some champagne and cupcakes laid out in the back, but noone bothered to offer- or even smile for that matter.It was a very unwelcoming and uncomfortable experience. Even as I approached the checkout, the girl still acted like a cold fish. Not once was I acknowledged, asked if I needed help or asked if I found everything okay. I could kick myself for giving them my money.I gave them a second chance and they blew it. Big time.How hard is it just to be friendly and nice, people? Hellos and smiles are free.

I was suppose to been write this but never had time...anyway me and my mom was out looking for a dress for an event so we decided to go here so we walked in and we see at least 3 workers standing around, one of which was at the door when we walked in, but neither acknowledged us what so ever, they literally looked us dead in the face and turned there head...I'm starting to feel uncomfortable within minutes of being in here so im trying to get my mom attention so we could leave, because honestly I felt like they were being racist. Within a few seconds they proved me right ,literally as me and my mom was getting ready to walk out the door a WHITE lady walked in and she was instantly greeted with smiles and offers of assistance. I was highly upset and even tried to reach out to the owner about this but was unfortunately ignored. It's also sad because we actually saw some pieces we wanted to buy. If I could rate ZERO stars I would, I will definitely let as many people know about this horrible, disgusting store.
