It wasn't my first time here, but I came in at night and sat at the bar. The bartender was greeted me immediately and gave me menus. I ordered the Pho Mint Combo, since it was a chilly night. This comes with brisket, NY strip, and meatballs. It was piping hot and warmed me up instantly. The broth was tasty, although I did add a bit of sriracha for spice. I also ordered the Made Pho Each Other cocktail (because mezcal, yummy). The violette liqueur adds a nice element. I WILL be back!

I recently visited Mint Modern Vietnamese Bistro, and while it was okay, it didn't stand out. We tried the buns with tofu, matcha bubble tea, and pho with brisket. The pho broth was decent but not the best I've had--it lacked that rich depth you expect. The matcha bubble tea was overly sweet, and the boba tasted a bit old, which was disappointing. The appetizer was fine, but again, nothing special. The service was alright--nothing to complain about, but also nothing to rave about. Overall, it was a moderate experience. I've had better Vietnamese food elsewhere, especially better pho. I'd say it's worth a try if you're in the area, but I wouldn't rush back.

This place is awesome!! My husband wanted to try their Spicy Beef Pho so we came while our son was out with grandma at the parade route. We started with the $7.50 Bacon and Cream Cheese Wontons which were tasty - not loaded with bacon but just enough to get that salty kick. I was especially happy because the whole goal for food today was to get something I wanted (which was more breakfast than anything) and to get what my hubby wanted (which was more lunch since he's not a big breakfast guy.) THIS IS THE ONLY VIETNAMESE RESTAURANT that I've EVER SEEN with chicken and waffles AND steak and eggs on their menu!! So this was perfect for us!! The steak was thin and in a sweet glazey sauce, came with onions and a large amount of cilantro on top. The eggs with that was totally worth the $16 price tag. It came with a loaf of French Bread that I couldn't even touch cuz I was already full from eating everything else. I also ordered a Thai Tea which they actually make in Boba Tea style. I wasn't used to that so I tried to drink the Boba Tea but ended up asking them to remake it without the Boba and they did with no hesitation so the service was great. It has a cute bar area with 2 TVs and a full bar with a wine wall rack full of wine on the corner. We got there at the right time because all these patrons with their cute kiddies started coming in for lunch so they are kid friendly. Will definitely be back!!

Had dine-in service & it was really good. We were in & out in no time. We did have to stop the wait staff & ask for a few things multiple times. I had the pho combo which was brisket, NY strip, & meatballs. The broth was standard & not too sweet. I didn't too much care for the meatballs. The appetizers were the bomb! I should've ordered 2 orders of the pork buns. Overall, I'd return just based off the appetizers themselves. I give it a 4/5.

Great place for Vietnamese food. I love the spring rolls and always add it to my vermicelli noodles. First time trying a bahn mi with fried pork belly and it was SO GOOD. Pho broth is very basic and MSG-filled. Pretty standard. Service is friendly and fast.Parking: street parking free

After several visits to Mint Modern - and good vibes each time - I finally tried a different dish. It had eluded me for months, but teased me with the delicious aroma and tantalizing sizzle each time it passed my table on the way to another, more adventurous diner. "Today was my day", I thought to myself. I was about to order the steak and eggs. I smelled and heard it before it arrived. As it was placed before me I heard the angels sing. It was almost too glorious to eat, but guess what my friends..... I ate every last bite. I literally wanted to lick the hot plate clean. It was everything I thought it would be. The eggs were perfectly cooked over easy, the onions were sautéed to sweet perfection, and the steak was pure flavor. It was served with a banh mi loaf, pate, and aioli. All were delicious, as well. I seriously can't say enough about this dish, and it was so worth the wait.

Hands down, my favorite Pho spot in the city. The food is always super fresh. My go to apps are the avocado & shrimp rolls and the sticky wings. Whatever pho you choose, ask for a bit of the chili oil on the side. It really takes the photo the next level with insane flavor. FYI - The shrimp are HUGE though if you get the shrimp pho. Staff is also super nice, and there's plenty of seating with a TV if you want to sit at the bar and catch a game.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience at Mint. We were greeted immediately by a cool welcoming gentleman, and throughout the meal he really made us feel at home. We started with the Shrimp and avocado rolls, followed by the pork belly sticky buns. Both were exceptional. Our pho quickly followed with all of the bean sprout, mint leaves, and jalapeño sides. She ordered the spicy beef and I ordered the Combo (brisket, NY strip, and meatball.) Both were just perfect with the right seasoning and tender, juicy cuts of meat. I can't wait to go back and try more of the menu!!

Came here with a small group after an activity. I was excited because I haven't had pho in a very long time and also had never been to Mint. We were pretty engaged in conversation, so it didn't bother me much that the waitress was not very attentive and also seemed a little annoyed that day.I ordered the shrimp pho, and it was flavorful and a large portion. I have no complaints regarding the food. Everyone else in the group seemed to enjoy their pho also!However.....I ubered to the establishment and was still sitting at the table for about 1-2 minutes after the others left. Someone came up to me and asked if I'd go to the front of the restaurant because they had a party of 8 coming (mind you, our table only had 6 seats) and I was kinda taken aback by that. Especially because there was ample seating throughout and the "party of 8" they mentioned was not there (yet). Because of that, I'm a little rubbed the wrong way. Idk if I'll be back; there are other options that are just as good while maintaining courtesy from beginning to end of service.

I think this place might be under new management but I have mostly good things to say about this restaurant. The ambiance was pleasant when you walk in, lots of natural light from the windows, music wasn't loud. The severs and bartender were great and let me choose where I sat.I've been a few times before and wanted to try something new on the menu. As skeptical as I am I always look at pictures of the food beforehand and the previous photos posted of this dish did not do it justice for how good it actually was. The servers definitely watched me tear this dish up. It felt like a step up than my previous experiences.I also ordered the brown sugar tapioca drink that that they serve and that was my only drawback. If I'm right and they did change owners then that would for sure be the one thing they might have to work on. It was still good but I think it could have been sweeter and a little thicker. Definitely going back!
