Been here a few times and the food is always very good. I'm not a big soup guy but my wife loves it so we come here for pho. Which she seems to enjoy. The service is always good. The dining area is very large so it feels emptier than it should. Even during peak hours. This place deserves a little more recognition considering its location and quality of food. The pork on the item I got was cooked and seasoned perfectly while also maintaining the refreshing quality that Vietnamese food provides.I will definitely continue to come here!

Their food is good and quick we always come here for quick bites. Their wonton soup is light and soothing, not heavy like Chinese restaurants. The com bo luc lac is pretty good as well. Service is typical like any Vietnamese restaurant, remember to order everything at once. Huge space with tons of tables and seating.

Nice big place inside. Ordered a few apps like Vietnamese egg rolls, crab rangoon, and spring rolls. All came out fresh and hot. However, I never saw the waiter again to take my main order after waiting and finishing my appetizer, so I went and paid the bill and went on my way. Too bad I didn't get a chance to try the pho. Oh, and they don't have bun bo hue, which was a bummer.

My partner ordered banh hoi thit nuong and there was a pubic hair on one of his daikon radish slices. Unfortunately, this was a to go order so I had no opportunity to tell them otherwise. This is just a PSA to anyone who orders from Minh's to take a good look at their food!

Best roasted ducks ever: juicy, seasoning was just right, reasonable price. I was pleased with the service.

Whenever I go to New Orleans, I tend to stop by here. Pho gà Quang Minh moved to this location and changed their names to Minh Bistro. Their pho gà is still one of my favorite. The free range chicken with the young eggs are my favorite part. The broth is light and flavorful. I also like their chicken rice dish too. The chicken is well seasoned and flavorful. I've gotten their spring rolls every so often, it's not terrible but it's not amazing. Just the average spring roll to munch on before the main dishes. All the times I've been here, the service isn't terrible so I'm not sure if the other reviewers just went on a bad day? But that really shouldn't be the case for any business. I actually overheard a patron complimenting the restaurant saying it's one of the best pho places he's been to and he's from Cali...that's questionable but hey, to each their own haha

This spot is tucked away in the center of a food strip off Manhattan. You'd never know it judging from the outside but it can easily accommodate 100+. They are mostly known for their pho ga and rice dishes. We stayed on par with the course and ordered the No.1 pho ga dac biet, hu tieu thap cam, and the salt and pepper spare ribs with rice. For my non-Viet yelpers, Dac Biet is generally used to indicate a specialty or combo on a menu. Let me be one of the firsts to tell you the broth was just that -Special. Just the way grandma makes it simmered on low for hours on end. The true test lies within the color of the broth. You're looking for a broth that's clean, clear while still full of flavor. Check. Check. And Check. Hu Tieu, like pho, is a Vietnamese noodle soup. However, it is loaded with pork, shrimp, crab meat, and tiny pieces of crispy pork skins (more of that please!). The salt and pepper spare ribs were lightly seasoned. But maybe they were off having an off day I'm certainly willing to give it another try. And while the portions were perfectly sized for me, the bowls looked tiny against my 6'2 bf. The current portions doesn't really allow much room for you to add in your fixings (leafy greens and bean sprouts). However, it is worthy to note that our food was served fast and piping hot. If the weather is too hot for soup there are other options available on the menu to choose from including vegetarian. We will definitely be back for the hu tieu and the other items on the menu.

The food was hit or miss. The pho is was good but some of the items on there were definitely questionable. Mediocre food. The service was not good. The workers were very slow and kept us waiting whenever they were just playing on their phones. We had to wait for water refills and the food took a long time. Their was a child running around, playing on a chair as well. The atmosphere was kind of awkward and quiet. We had to return something that we ordered back to the kitchen because it was so gross. Then she charged us for it. Definetly would not recommend this place was not good and service was absolutely terrible.

Upon arrival, noticed that this place has a strong gas smell. Walked a few more steps and saw a roach on its back lying on the table with legs moving.
