I won't lie, I specifically go to Miel to do crafts and drink beer. Artist Megan Jewel, offers a monthly craft night and I love to attend. This is a child friendly establishment, so parents often bring little ones and those with furry friends bring them too. There's always a large variety of Ales, Pilsners, IPAs and more to choose from. I choose a citrus IPA and got to crafty. Tonights craft was felt ornaments, many of the attendees i had met before so it was nice to mingle and share a few laughs. On this day the Nori Guys(the sold out and closed up early) had a pop up, but there's also a variety of different vendors. In 2022 at this time, I made ornaments of my pooches. This year I made an ornament with Scrim and gave it to the Zeus Queen herself, Michelle. Google "Scrim New Orleans" to find out about this infamous Dog. Can't wait till next month.....

This brewery is a nice blend of indoor and outdoor... Love the beer selection- a little bit for everyone. Did not have one that I did not enjoy. Open on a lazy Monday afternoon- beautiful way to spend the afternoon! Coming back when I am in Nola again.

If you come to New Orleans and you don't stop by Miel Brewery, you've done something wrong. My boyfriend and I decided to do our own little brewery crawl and Miel was my absolute favorite. It really stood out and was such a fun time. Their outdoor section has everything you could want, shaded tables, a cool breeze on a nice day, dogs, a ping pong table and disco balls. But wait there's more - the interior you ask? An N64 equipped an array of games to choose from. A fantastic little gift shop area and just a great vibe all around. We were lucky enough to be there when a delicious food truck had just arrived too. It was a great time, we could've stayed there for hours (and we did). Everyone was also super friendly. My boyfriend enjoyed his beer flights. Some of their fun fruited sours and pickle forward beers were super fun to try. My boyfriend not realizing there was a pickle and spice level to their beers, went for the spiciest one but still enjoyed the burn. I loved their beer slushie and frozen lemonade. I can't recommend this place enough! A must go when in NOLA.

While the beers didn't quite hit the mark for me, the exceptional service and inviting atmosphere more than made up for it. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying their new brews in the future!

Background story: We drove from AZ to New Orleans, in order to drive the Great River Road up to St. Louis, MO before driving back to AZ. A lot of driving. Limited cooler space. Long story short, after enjoying a long, chill afternoon on a beautiful spring afternoon at Miel, we bought packs of beer to bring all the way home to Arizona! This is excellent beer, people! Stop here, hang out, and enjoy the beer!

Super impressed!!!The peach slushie is the best beer slushie I've ever tried! And I really enjoyed having the little paper to order our flight- it gave us time to read over each one (love that Pastelita!)It was too hot to sit outside but I like the patio

Miel is a hidden Gem surrounded by the Mega breweries off of Tchoupitoulas . I consider Miel to be an eclectic brewery for a fine beer palate. Miel has a great courtyard that can be used for many different activities. It's always chill and relaxing inside and has some of the best sours the city has to offer.

Love the open air feel of this brewery. They have a great selection of unique in house craft beers. I was there on a night when they had crawfish and Vietnamese Street food available outside the bar area. The kids loved playing N64 Mario kart from my childhood.

Checked out this brewery on a Sunday afternoon. My friends and I were on a mini brewery tour of NOLA so I ordered a flight. Very impressed with all of the beer. My 2 favorites were the Italian Style Pilsner and the Belgian Style Tripel. Service was very quick. They have an indoor and outdoor space for seating. There was a crawfish and oyster tent outside the brewery that you could order from if you wanted something to eat. They would bring the food to your table at the brewery. I thought it was very cool they have beakers of the draft beer above the bar. Sometimes it's helpful to see the color of the beer before ordering a pint of it.
