Stopped by this place on the way back to the French quarter. So bomb the food was spicy fresh, valued for the money and delicious. We got two pounds crawfish and 1/2 pound of shrimp.Super great food amazing quality hit this place for some great seafood if you are in the area.

Nice little find while I was in need of some Crawfish. The Good: I found the Crawfish to be tasty, nicely seasoned & for this early in the season, quite nice in size. The price was average at $6.99. The Not So Good: The location is dimly lit & a little remote. Additionally, they sell previously frozen Crawfish for $4.99 (wide eyes stare). The pig feet aren't booked in the crab boil/lack the seasoned taste of the Crawfish, fyi. The other seafood didn't look too appealing... I'll pass. Overall: It was an ok place. Stopped me from running all over for Crawfish while in NOLA East; but I'll move around a bit more before I return here.

Crazy me! I can't believe I have yet to mark a review for Michoud seafood! Anywho.. Let's get this show in the road shall we!?Michoud Seafood was originally located on Michoud, but moved over on into Bullard.-Their crawfish is everything crawfish should be. Spicy oh so spicy..nose running..finger licking.. Meaty.. Juicy.. Sweet...salty.. Delicious Goodness!-Their potatoes are perfectly boiled, fall apart, spicy delish.-The corn is perfectly spiced if you can handle a kick and just a hint of sweet. They also sell other goodies such as shrimp, crab, oyster, ETC. Oh, and you don't have to get your fixings spicy, they offer non-spicy goodness as well.

Overall, not impressed. I got two pounds of fresh crawfish hearing that it was good. You can tell the crawfish was fresh. The seasoning was mediocre at best. It was very sweet and didn't have the kick that I would have liked. The way it was cooked and served is what I was most displeased about. It was served cold and the meat itself fell apart and was very mushy. Wouldn't come here again.

Horrible seafood do not go there what ever you do. The last couple of times I've been there bad experience. OLD SEAFOOD you leave it on the counter to eat later and it stinks. And today Sept. 20, 2016 was the last straw, went in to buy some shrimp, shrimp were dark and dry looking, which was my mistake for buying them, but bought them and took a chance. But before I left after purchase something told me to taste them and they were very hard with a bad taste, went back in and told Kym whose the owner to exchange them for some crabs and told her the reason for the exchange they were hard and funny tasting but instead of her exchanging them out she told me she didnt want my business no more she don't like the way I do, I never brought anything back to her in the past I took the lost for my money, but for her to do that is a disrespect to me I paid my money and I didn't want money back but wanted something I could eat but what that let me know is that the crabs was in the same shape OLD!!! WHAT EVER YOU DO DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!

I would give this a 0 if I could.... This place sucks and their service is terrible. The lady told me that the crawfish was fresh and when I opened it at home it was all dead and broken a part. The seasoning is also pretty sweet. I called the place and they said if we drive up there, they will replace it. They ended up only giving us HALF of our money back. This place is terrible and has changed in a bad way. I would not recommend it to anyone.

My childhood. Growing up and being raised in New Orleans ,when my family didn't feel like boiling up some crawfish,Michoud is the only, I repeat, the only place we would buy cooked crawfish from. Michoud will always be #1 Til the day I die.

Best seafood in New Orleans East! The pricing of the crawfish by the pound depends on the season. Other than that, it's a family run business that has been there for many years with great loyal customers.
