Messina's Catering Aliaro Center

I was at the Aliaro Center for an event and was getting kind of hungry, and this was one of the literal two options in the Center. Messina does a great job at the Runway Cafe at the Lakefront Airport, so how could this be bad? Well I was wrong. I had the jambalaya and it was so salty. Other people said the pizza was just bad. There was a young boy with a cheeseburger in front of him and I heard him complaining to the adults with him that he was hungry and that it tasted bad. It was $11.50 for a bottle of water and salty jambalaya.

Messinas has to be the most overrated food in New Orleans. They are at the mall and suck in the food court. What makes anyone think they would be good at a basketball tournament? I was there, so I bought a wrap. At least it looked fresher than the other offerings. Save your money and drive back to the French Quarter or a fresh seafood market. This is bland, average pig fodder.
