Maumas Center and Planetarium

I was only here for a meeting but thought I would review as far as the venue/property. Arriving with GPS was right on target and the drive from New Orleans was about 18 minutes. Roads between here and there were easy to find and navigate. Once here, parking was easy as there were spots in their designated lot as well as out front. There were several handicap spots available as well. The building itself is beautiful inside and there is a cafeteria and theater. The theater was gorgeous and had seating for over 100 patrons. I am excited to bring my daughter back for a showing now that I know that this planetarium is here!
