What an experience!! This place was awesome! The staff here was great Chelsea, Nick and Will! I appreciate your hospitality! We sat at the bar and we were greeted by two different gentleman! On it! Next, we looked over then menu! We asked them to recommend a few things for us. Wow! We had a half of dozen of Baked Oysters. They were tasty but the best one for me were the Little Moons and Admirals! Yum Yum! We also tried some focaccia bread, gumbo and croquettes!Everything was so good and the service was even better! The staff had great knowledge of the area and it was pleasure to dine with you all. Thanks for showing my bestie and I a great time! There are few others that were awesome as well Robert who shucked our oysters was awesome and one more guy didn't get his name! You guys rock!This was are stop everyday before we went out to join the crazies lol!!!!

This was an upscale spot that was dimly lit and a large bar present. The menu was limited but had unique and different options to choose from. The service was okay. The drinks took a long time to come out when it was not that busy when we attended, but besides that, it was alright.We just ordered two appetizers, a half dozen raw oysters (Market Price) and the gulf tuna crudo ($18). The raw oysters were humongous. They were probably some of the bigger ones I have seen, if not ever. We were provided a mignonette with these that went well with the oysters. The oysters appeared very fresh but were a little too large for me. They were still tasty, but just too big. The gulf tuna crudo had tiger milk, Fresno chilis, cucumbers, and quinoa present. It was a very vibrant and fresh dish. The crispy quinoa and cucumber provided a nice crunch factor. The pieces of tuna were not bad either while the tiger milk was a little too much as I do not think it was needed.Will I go back? Probably.

Perfect vibes. Amazing staff. Amazing drinks. Well priced. As soon as we stepped in we were treated with such care.We sat here for the parade and it was the best idea. Also their happy hour was fantastic!

Maria's Oyster & Wine Bar is a brand new restaurant in the Warehouse District. It took the place of NOSH. The vibe is casual. The seafood centric menu has delicious oysters (fresh and dried). The handcrafted cocktails were unique and well executed. High points on our visit included focaccia with chili oil, an oxtail meat pie with a fluffy crust, and a sizzling shrimp dish so good you'll be mopping up every last drop of the melted butter sauce... so good! Maria's also has a GREAT happy hour menu until 6pm. Service was friendly and efficient and the waitstaff are well versed in menu items and so enthusiastic about sharing recommendations! Excited to have this new option in the neighborhood. The owners also run the nearby Plates restaurant and are opening a French restaurant next door (in the old Tommy's location) in mid March 2025. Can't wait to try more menu items.

Ms Rubiee with two e's her service was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the menu every dish she pointed out was as good as she presented it. I would definitely got back to this place again food service the vibe all 10out of 10 Rubieee girl you were amazing for this place to only be open for 3 weeks. Amazing

RUBEE!! With two EE's Let's start with the service. She took great care of us. For the restaurant to have been open 3weeks now and her to have so much knowledge of every dish like she made them! This was one of the best dinning experiences. Every dish just got better. We did it family style and pretty much ordered the whole menu lol! Arugula is nasty one of the lettuce family and we were fighting over the salad. Even the bread was cooked to perfection. If I had to give a nod to a dish it would probably be the shrimp the sauce the flavor was insane. Sometype of way they figured the ambiance out where you can be dressy casual maybe even formal and still be comfortable. Best Valentines decision lol

Elegant, inviting and absolutely delicious would be the words I'd use to describe this restaurant. From the moment we walked in the door, the environment was inviting. I remembered this establishment from a couple of years ago as NOSH and the owners only enhanced the beauty that was already there. We were greeting by the absolute best waitress, RubEE. She was so sweet and her descriptions of the items on the menu had you tasting them in your mind. I've never had someone describe Focaccia bread so well and the real thing was everything she said: perfect crisp on the outside, light and airry on the inside. The oxtail meat pie was to die for: perfectly made crust, stuffed to the brim with a very tender, very flavorful oxtail. It was so good. We had several items and EVERYTHING was amazing: even the Oyster salad made you dance with each bite because the Playlist was A1. The drinks were different but a great balance of mixer and alcohol. This place is a must try.... Again and Again

This restaurant is such an experience! The drinks, food and dessert were all so flavorful and paired so well. I highly recommend Maria's Oyster and Wine bar to anyone looking for a good time with great service.

Go see Rubee!!! Everything was wonderful and we can't wait to go back!!! The tuna is as amazing as well!!!
