Margaritas

We didn't know what to expect from Margaritas. It's tucked away in a shopping center and honestly doesn't look like much from the outside. That being said, we absolutely loved it!We were greeted warmly when we arrived and seated right away. We were given chips and salsa and we both commented on how over the top excellent the chips are! The margaritas are large and delicious. For my meal, I went with the flautas and they were AMAZING. Everything was delicious. Prices were very fair and the staff was absolutely awesome! They were very efficient and made sure we were well-attended to. Everyone was so friendly and we decided that we will be coming back very soon!

I have to start this review by saying that this place probably has some of the best, if not the very best, Mexican food I've ever had! We went on an on-a-whim day trip down the 90 from New Orleans to show my parents (visiting from out of town) the coast today. Got to Pass Christian and we were all starving! Looked up nearby restaurants on yelp and among the long list of endless beachside seafood joints was this semi-hole in the wall looking Mexican place. Margarita's has a huge parking lot right out front and we obviously went at the perfect time as they had just opened and we were the only ones there. We walked in and were greeted immediately, then told to sit wherever we'd like. We chose a booth by the door and had to spend a few minutes figuring out how we were all going to fit in the booth (4 adults, 4 kids). The staff was incredibly patient while we all got settled in and once we were all seated, our server took our drink orders and brought out chips and salsa right away. When she came back with our drinks, she took our entree orders. Extremely impressed with how she answered all of our questions about the menu with a smile; she was so so so friendly. Before we knew it, our food was out and we dug in! OH MY GAAAAAAAHD. The FOOD. Every single one of us just gushed over how amazing our meals were. When we all finished up, we paid and left with happy bellies.Ready for the best part?! Big entrees for 4 adults, 3 kids, specialty drinks and 3 margaritas all for $79!!!! Seriously, less than $80. Score! We will absolutely be making the drive back to go here again. Highly recommend!

Great food and service, just off the beach road. While located in a simple strip mall the interior is large & clean. The host & wait staff have always been friendly, efficient and open to special requests when taking our order. The chips are hot & fresh and their salsa has a pleasant zip. Their hot salsa has a real zing to it. All of the meals we've ordered included generous portions of fresh, hot food. The Chili's Rellano are large peppers (poblano) filled with thick, gooey cheese, dipped in a light, crisp batter served with red or green sauce. The burritos, quesadillas, tacos, salads and chili verde have been great choices as well. While it's hard to pass on fresh seafood while on the coast, we routinely enjoy taking our favorite tex mex break.

Typical Gulf Coast Mexican fare. For those that live in the Pass it's a shorter distance than going to downtown gulfport. Prices are comparable to Gulfport and the restaurant is huge and great for large groups. The parking lot is big and ample. They have lunch specials until 3:00 pm and they have a bar for your margaritas!!!

Great food great service. My daughter got the steak burrito and I got carnitas both good. DD was so happy they had white Queso. Will be back

This place is amazing! The food and service are amazing! The portion sizes are HUGE! Best Mexican in the area by far.

I wasn't sure about this place based on its outside exterior but we were happily surprised! The staff was gracious and attentive. The food was by far the best Mexican we've had on the coast. The margarita was refreshing and not overly sugary.

Margaritas is your typical great e!family run Mexican food joint. We've been going since they opened and it gets better every time!

Family run, nice fresh food. Nothing special but consistently good food. Margaritas are not cheap and just ok. Staff are always friendly.
