The communication with the office at Luxury Limousines was by far the best part of the experience. I contacted many car services and they were the business that responded the quickest and in the most professional warm manner. Their pricing is definitely among the most reasonable and the fact that everything is included takes the pressure off of dealing with driver gratuity, etc. We rented three cars that day and had varying experiences with the drivers. The driver Glen who traveled our wedding party earlier in the day was probably the least competent. He took roundabout ways of getting to locations, chose terrible routes (driving on bourbon street), and went the wrong way a few times, blaming the fact he was behind schedule on my planning. He was perfectly nice but all of my party arrived late and irritated. Shuttle bus - We didn't have any direct interaction with the driver, but from what we hear everything ran on schedule. After-party driver - Frank was incredibly polite and the perfect driver. He knew when to chat and when to let us enjoy the moment (a rare skill these days). He was competent behind the wheel, accommodating when our plans ran a few minutes long, and a perfect gentleman.Overall, I would recommend the company. You may get a wild card driver, but dealing with their office was stress free and great.

horrible horrible company. please do yourself a favor and do not book them. save time and money. this company did not pick me up for my wedding day and refused to give refund has cursed and threatened both my husband and myself. they should not be in business!

Absolutely loved working with Luxury Limousines for my wedding! We ordered a Vintage White Rolls Royce, and two stretch limousines. My dad and I went into the Rolls Royce on our way to the ceremony, and the driver was just the sweetest and he made us feel like royalty. From what my bridesmaids and groomsmen tell me about the limos, they were so excited and treated extra special during their ride in the limousines. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, Luxury Limousines made it easy for us to make reservations for our transportation and they were a real pleasure to work with. Thank you for making our day super special and magical.
