I have been going here for years and never had a bad experience. Lee and Steve are wonderful. They always explain what the problem is and how much it will cost to fix it.Every problem is always repaired in a timely manner, at a reasonable price.I highly recommend them and definitely will continue to use them.

On the recommendation of a fellow Yelper. My Saturn Vue needed some serious attention. I've loved her terrible and have always tried to get her the best service. I called and spoke to Lee, the assistant manager and he indicated that I could come at anytime before 6 and if not, park her in the lot and drop keys in the door. Groovy. I arrived right around 6 and Lee was actually leaving. But guess what? He helped me out. Explained a diagnosis would be 100$ or applied to the repair of the car. Fair enough. They would check her out on Monday. Cool.What I didn't tell Lee was that I have one of those engine light scanner deals. Let's see if they're straight with me.Promptly on Monday morning at about 9am, I received a call. Lee basically repeated everything I had already scanned and gave a detailed breakdown and cost per line item. Wow. He even explained what each thing was when I inquired. Double wow! 1600$ hmmm okay let me think on it. And then I call him back because brother in law said it was leaking oil too and what about hoses? I hang my head in sadness, Lee reluctantly tells me that a seal is worn and the hoses are indeed spongy. Dang I knew the part about the hoses too. 2700$The Pirate and I round tabled all options. From the outside she looked great! Some just age well with care. I knew the truth, time to call Bridge House. Since they couldn't get her until Friday, the Pirate called and asked if it would be okay to leave her there until they could pick her up. I went by the day before and paid Lee the 100$ (plus tax)and thanked him for their services. On Friday I met the man from Bridge House in their side lot so I could donate her. She hauled many an oyster from da bayou to businesses in New Orleans, multiple trips over her favorite bridge (the Luling bridge), a zillion trips to the airport, road trips with my dear Mother and even saved a man's life from a refinery explosion. She was tired. When we left, the Pirate said "damn! If we ever need anything on our cars, we're coming here" I agree, Honesty is the best policy and it's their policy!

I bought some tires for my truck from Sam's. I intended to have them put the tires on as part of the purchase. Sam's decided after I already bought the tires that they wouldn't put them on my truck because they weren't the same size as stock.I searched all over and Express was one place that would agree to mount the tires even though I bought them elsewhere. Their price was very reasonable and they got the tires mounted and balanced in under an hour.

I brought my vehicle into this shop for the first time with an oil leak, coolant leak, cylinders misfiring, a horn that didn't work, and a turn signal/tail light out. All of this considered, it was a slightly expensive job. The shop kept me updated every step of the way and provided extra information when requested without an issue. My car was ready for pickup 3 days after I dropped it off- I was super impressed with that! As a young woman who isn't super familiar with vehicles, they explained what they were doing to fix it and why, they didn't push anything I didn't need to repair the vehicle, and were extremely friendly. They provided a 1 year/12,000 mile warranty, offered a more than fair military discount, and have the best customer service in the area! Also an AAA approved shop. You will not regret taking your vehicle to Lucky Rogers!

They don't do oil changes on older cars. WHAT? I have a 1995 Corvette. Can't even change oil and filter? Okay.

Brought my car in to have O2 sensor replaced thinking they would be cheaper than bringing it to the car dealership. I was wrong. Was also charged for something that didn't need to be done. Learned a $650 lesson. Dealer, and another local shop, would have been less than $350. Husband called to discuss bill and rather than quickly apologize for the misunderstanding, the owner instead tried to defend a phone call he wasn't involved in. First and last time I would ever bring my vehicle there or recommend this place. I would recommend anyone that does go get quotes from other local shops (even the car dealership itself was more than half the price), a mistake I made by not doing beforehand. Lucky's definitely got lucky on my dime.Edit to respond: The quote you gave wasn't explained, as you finally conceded to and no "update"' was necessary to replace the sensor. Regardless,your price was double that of even the dealership.

Great and fast service. Extremely nice employees who explain what is going on with your car without being condescending. Reasonable prices.
