Great service every time. Also, there's a treadmill to run on, and two very silly shop dogs, and beer on tap, and you get a store t-shirt with every sneaker purchase. 10/10 all around.

Called this store today to see if a certain shoe was in stock, it was so I rushed over before they closed-- certain hours due to Christmas Eve. This was my first time visiting this store although I've passed numerous times. Walked in and everything was a breeze, the gentleman remembered me from calling and had saved the shoes. I tried them on and went ahead w| purchase. Also received a free shirt w| that shoe purchase! The sweet lady at the register said I made her day because of my name.. made me smile! I had to take my nine month old so I had a car seat w| me. On the way out I was helped w| the door since I had the baby in my arms. They have the two cutest dogs too. I'll definitely visit again for all my running shoe needs!

Very friendly owner and knowledgeable staff. I first visited them at the start of 2021 so that I could get a good pair of running shoes as I didn't want to be frequenting gyms but still wanted to exercise outside. Make sure to wear comfortable clothes - I did my initial running test in jeans! Despite that they were able to match me with a great shoe and I've kept up running without injury. Their selection of apparel isn't the greatest but they'll help you find the right shoe and have a good range of accessories and nutrition supplements. Be sure to stop by Monday's at 6:30PM for their social run

The most fun running store out there. Free shirt with purchase, free beer! Also, great selection of running shoes and knowledgeable staff. What can be better?!

My usual location. It was super busy but same great revive and care to each and every guest that's walks in. Doesn't hurt that they have the cutest 4 legged residents. Great selection and service. Pretty easy parking too

Great place for quality running products. Amateurs and experienced runners alike can find great equipment. Also never hurts that you can have a beer while you shop either. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Adorable little shop with the nicest staff and sweetest little shop doggy! While visiting, I picked up some great NOLA running tees and registered the family for the Turkey Day 5 mi Race.

Nice place, nice staff, took care of me very well.I need new running sneakers. My previous pair were well worn and I never liked them anyway. I got them online after a disappointing visit to a local running store that advertised that they knew their stuff and analyzed how you ran in order to get you the best pair of sneakers. They did not and I left sad.While on vacay in NOLA, my regular walking sneakers got wrecked by a flood storm. Well, now I need running sneakers, and my regular walking sneakers got wrecked....sooooo I guess we'll kill two birds with one stone?I stop by Louisiana Running + Walking. They advertise that they analyze your running to get you the best pair of shoes by making you do a dance and jump up and down on one leg. Ok ok, I'm exaggerating, but you get the idea.I stop by and realize that while this is a store, it's also just a regular residential house; you're not gonna be walking in to a commercial building. Inside I see a cute scrappy dog chewing a bone. He runs up to me and lets me pet him. Soooo adorable!Soon I get some help from a female employee. She's great, very helpful, analyzes my running on a treadmill, brings out a bunch of shoes for me to try, and I buy a pair I like. She was very knowledgable and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.The only small greivence I'd have is that after buying the sneakers, I got an email from them saying thanks and here's a coupon for 15% off my next purchase. They could have done me a solid and hooked me up with that discount initially, but I get it--it's a business and they want me to come back, but I'm headed back to NYC so that's not gonna happen.If you're in NOLA and have any running/walking needs, you should def stop by here. I can't imagine there's a better place around.

Came here a few weeks ago with my sister and nephew. The shop looks just like a regular New Orleans shotgun house from the outside, but is actually an awesome running shop inside. When we walked in, it really felt like someone's house with a friendly dog running to greet you. One of the workers came to assist us, immediately after the dog greeted us. This was my first time getting fitted for a shoe, so I did not know what to expect. They observed my normal walking without shoes and then let me try a pair of running shoes to try on the treadmill. After trying on the shoes, they had me lightly jog on the treadmill to analyze my running form. After analyzing my form, he found the perfect pair for my feet! With the help from this place, I was able to run the Crescent City Classic with my new running shoes! Overall, this little shop is a great place to get running shoes. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable!
