This would be my 4th cooking class to take here. The entrance of the building is nicely decorated and has nice seats to wait for the class to start. The chefs introduce themselves and shows you the bathrooms and water fountains on the way to the room. Once you get to the room there are 3 people to a station. Everything is labeled and measured for you. Has a booklet of instructions for you to go by but the chef mostly helps you and tells you what to do. The staff is super friendly. Like insanely friendly. I have taken a healthy Italian class, a Cajun breakfast class, another Cajun entrees class, and this time I took a Cajun seafood class. Every class has made me leave with such a great experience. I will continue to take my classes from here & they are coming out with a cook book soon

Came here with my project team for a cooking class event and everyone had an amazing time! There were four groups of 4 and we were each given a booklet with several recipes to cook and we each just went to town at our own kitchen stations to make the food. I was a little nervous at first because there really was no cooking instruction, but they made sure that there was staff coming around constantly to make sure we were doing ok. We made shrimp and grits, blackened catfish, crawfish etoufee, sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts and bread pudding. Everything actually came out amazinggggggg! The meal was so good and pretty easy to make considering they pre-measured out all of the ingredients for us. The only downside of the evening was that we could not bring in any beer/wine to the event, which it would have been nice to have some good wine with our awesome meal. But other than that, it was a really good team event and everyone was surprised at how good everything came out!
