This place is full of unique tiaras. I will visit each time I'm in town. They are high quality, brilliant, and sturdy. She has several different designs. We had a blast searching the store.

I love this adorable shop! It's a bit tucked away on Royal street but so worth the stop! So many fun sparkles to try on and buy. I purchased a necklace/earring set of costume jewelry and the sales person was so nice and helpful.I make sure to come here every time I'm in New Orleans.

1/1/2022I am highly disappointed and truly disgusted with this shop. I have bought several items from them prior to the pandemic- My friend who is well known In NO and performs may weddings has referred several people to them based on me. On December 29th at 4:01 I purchased a small but classy pair of Fluer de lie earrings to wear to dinner - when I went to put them on one of the Fluers was gone . I put both back ad returned them the next day before 4-( less the 24hours from the purchase time ) The sales gal was totally rude !!! Accused me of breaking them and all sorts of things . Funny enough the other earring broke as she took it out . The woman could not have been more rude, condescending or insulting. I blew up and called her an ass which was poor judgment on my part , however she truly was . She refused to exchange them or return my money - I had even choose a replacement pair that was higher in price and was willing to pay the difference NO ISSUE at all. They refuse to return my money or exchange the earrings. I left the earrings there which I paid for without getting a cent back !!!!!!! I felt they had stolen from me because the treatment was so vile and no customer service whats so ever. IN addition they should of handled the situation properly . I did nothing except take the earring out of the pink ouch to wear them - I have reported them to my credit card company , will be reporting them to the N.O. business association . In addition I have let my friends and business owners in the French Quarter know about this incident . They will not shop there again ! There was NO excuse what so ever in the way I was treated . It was beyond rude and totally disrespectful . While I was so upset and made the mistake of calling the gal an ass she was beyond insulting and rude. While the items inside the store are very pretty if something is broken and you have done nothing you can expect to be ripped off by them and treated with no respect at all . There are many other places that have beautiful items. Please shop at another shop int he French Quarter were both you will be respected and your money and purchase will be honored

I spent the better part of 3 days walking around NOLA trying to find a unique and beautiful mask souvenir. I kept coming back to this shop because the selection was amazing. The tiaras, the headbands, the accessories, the lace masks, the rhinestone masks, all the masks are all next level. In addition to that, EVERY SINGLE TIME I came in, I was greeted kindly. I'm young so a lot of time store clerks don't bother with me. But the clerks at LolaNola were so sweet. Their customer service in handling and issues is top tier.

This gorgeous shop is any glamour girls dream! What caught my eye and got me into this shop were the lovely tiaras in the window. Honestly, I really want one, but I sometimes wonder if that's a level of "the most" that I'm not ready to approach just yet. Walking in, there are all kinds of high end sparklies that any woman would love. This is really high end costume jewelry, not the cheapo stuff that you might find at the mall (not that I have any issue with the cheapo stuff). They have an entire table full of different rhinestone tiaras and another table full of rhinestone masks. If you're looking for something for a ball or a costume party, this is definitely the place. They even have a case full of rhinestone crowns, if you are really feeling regal and want to add some fancy head gear to your collection. The shop owner was very sweet and asked if I needed help and informed me of the items that were for sale. I didn't purchase anything this time, but I do really want a fancy tiara, so I will eventually be back.

Nice selection of jewelry, tiaras, etc. My only issue is the large female employee (long hair, spike Spanish) who felt flirting with some guy, perhaps her boyfriend, was more important than helping out my 12 yr. daughter with a jewelry selection. My daughter actually interrupted her third in a couple different times, and each time, the employee gave her a short answer and dismissed her. I told my daughter that I was not going to purchase anything from the store. This was New Year's Eve.We returned on New Year's Day, because my daughter really wanted a specific bracelet. Fortunately, there was another lady working who was more than happy to help us.

One of the challenges of Mardi Gras season is finding the right ball gown and then the jewelry to go with it. LolaNOLA sells quality jewelry that is not too expensive. For $80 I purchased a very heavy, well-made necklace with several jewels and a pair of nice sized matching earrings. They were wrapped up very pretty as well.Staff will help you select the appropriate item and are patient while you try everything on. It was a slow day so we had a fun conversation as well about New Orleans and the current activities. There is also a nice selection of accessories, prints and collectibles. Local artists are well represented.

A beautifully appointed shop that's on the outskirts of the Bourbon Street madness and shining bright with New Orleans hospitality! In addition to lots and lots of cute, fun, and practical home decor, LolaNOLA has a great selection of costume jewelry and a lovely, carefully curated selection of fine sterling silver pieces, made by local artists. I picked up a pair of tiny water meter studs for a reasonable price---the perfect way to remember my time in this amazing city. The real gem, though, is Lauren. She's the owner, and made me feel so welcome and comfortable, shared some tips for off-the-beaten-path activities (think less imbibing, more jazz and art), and even her personal recommendations for restaurants...one of which I'm sitting in as I write this review! She was lovely, and made my trip even better.Long story short, don't pass this shop without stopping in! You won't regret it.
