Putty and crawfish pencil was chosen by one of my kids.
Cute toy store.
Musical Toy Boxes. Fun to wind up and hear it play!
They had display after display of figurines.
Look for this sign.
Lots of character lunch boxes here.

Who needs real kids when these exist? Perfect kid. Throw it in a corner when you want to go out.

A cute little Toy Store! What a charming little place!Toy stores are a rare gem now. This is very small toy store! My kids were intrigued by their little music boxes that requires you to wine it up. They also have a well marketed putty that is in a tin can that makes it fun for kids to have in their pocket. We did come out with a few stuff. One of my kids picked out a MadLib book for him and his brother.A cute crawfish pencil topper. And putty.Definitely a cute toy store in French Quarter.

Unique selection of toys, figurines, books - things that would make an uncommon/special gift. My eye was drawn toward the large selection of character lunch boxes and dinnerware sets and then drifted to an amazing collection of tiny music boxes. I've never seen such a large selection in one place. It was a fun store to browse and I kind of wished I had littles to buy gifts for in that moment. Instead, I picked up a postcard to send to my mom.

Just in time for Christmas, this toy store would make any kid's (or kid at heart's) toy dreams come true.We passed through here because I had been past this shop a few times without ever going in. Upon entering, you're swept away to a toy wonderland. They have everything from stuffed animals and baby dolls to collectible figurines and books. One thing I really liked about this store is the fact that it's focused mainly on actual toys rather than electronics. As much as I love the modern games and such, there's something to be said about sitting down and actually playing "hands on" with something. They had a nice assortment of local kids books, which I thought was awesome and they had some gorgeous chess sets that any chess player would love. I especially liked the cool superhero figurines that they had here that would be at home on any collector's shelf.Even though we were here just before closing, the woman working was very friendly and made sure that we weren't looking for anything specific that she could help find. I wish there were more toy stores like this around, because I really feel like they are slowly fading away.

I love this little shop! Each time I come to New Orleans I always stop by. Super friendly staff, great location, and excellent selection of toys and gifts to take home to my kids. I can't speak for the other reviews as I only have ever had excellent service here. Can't wait to come again!

Went to this toy shop to check out a few items and feel a but nostalgic but left feeling very upset and disappointed. Evidently one of the clerks felt the need to let my wife and I know that he was offended by black people by coughing loudly while looking at us. He even made the statement that "something stinks" and I know VERY WELL that we smell good. I just decided that he was not going to spoil our trip while letting the Manager know that I would be posting. I won't be going back.

Maybe not "A-OK," but just "OK"... Stopped by here on a brief trip to NOLA and thought there was a decent selection of toys. I liked the Star Trek lunch boxes. My grandma wanted to buy a plane that was on display, which was the last one in stock, so an employee had to get it for her. He wasn't terribly polite and in fact, ditched my grandma without warning for a minute to help another customer. It seriously wouldn't have taken more than a few seconds to place the plane in the box (which he'd already had before he ditched her), and I find it in bad taste that he diverted his attention away from my grandma without first asking to be excused to help another customer.

I'm with Beck E. in that this place is just "OK." It's got an interesting selection of toys, stuff you wouldn't find at a big box store, but thanks tot the internet most of the stuff in the store can be found online and cheaper. It's worth a look if you want a unique gift for someone, but if you are looking for something in particular, be prepared for it not to be here.

Went here with my 2 kids this while we were exploring the french quarter last year- not a great selection, the items my daughter was interested in were picked over, plus everything was 3x the price of our local toy boutique at home. And as the pies de resistance, I heard some racist comments from one employee. I would pass on this shop. There are more enjoyable places to explore in New Orleans with kids!
