While I appreciate the owner taking time to just now get on Yelp 5 years later, their approach to communicating to a customer who shared their experience of being unable to freely express their creativity in their class shows they haven't grown as a teacher and aren't able to accept critique themselves. I was able to find a wonderful art studio in Burbank with themed nights where my friends and I had an incredible time.

As someone who literally cannot draw a glass, Susan is the perfect teacher for me. Her demeanor is not intimidating (as a former teacher was which deterred me from even trying), but she sets fundamental goals for the student to meet before progressing. In my class there are students at all different skill levels using different mediums, but Susan gives personal attention and coaching to each. This is what sets her apart from other group classes I have taken. (She is also available for private sessions.) Plenty of parking available (Burbank).
