We bought a used 2018 Mercedes from Leson Chevrolet with low miles, overall impressed with the vehicle. Buying experience was typical of a used car dealership. They're trying to make a profit, and I work to ensure it's not an obscene profit off of me... no harm, no foul. Before purchasing I noticed that it was missing some equipment from the rear compartment and the dealership offered to reimburse for the Mercedes tire inflator that was missing. Awesome- I really appreciate that. However, when I got the car home and removed the advertising license plate and plate frame, I found that the Mercedes backing plate had three of the four mounting holes completely blown out and it was obvious that whoever at the dealership put the advertising plate on just used some square plastic retaining clips and self-tapping screws (not the Mercedes star drive bolts) to secure. The screws were too long and did some damage to the paint. The old backing plate is totally unusable and the "fix" was temporary at best since an actual license plate affixed in this way would've blown off on the highway.I went to the Mercedes dealership and grabbed the inflator ($320) and a new backing plate, which cost $91. I then took the receipts to Leson to get reimbursed for the inflator as agreed and ask for assistance with the backing plate, since it's pretty obvious that someone in their organization let this slip by. I even said I wasn't looking for help with the damage to the paint from the screws. I showed the salesman the pictures and receipt and he spoke to the manager before coming back to say that "The deal is done, we didn't agree on the backing plate on paper... sorry."I only would have known this was an issue had I taken off the plates before buying the car, and I don't know of a lot of folks who disassemble vehicles on the lot prior to purchase. If you're going to spend a lot of money on a vehicle and expect a dealership to go the extra mile to make mistakes right, I would hesitate to recommend this place to a loved one or friend. It doesn't take much to do the right thing... apparently $91 is the line in the sand for Leson Chevrolet.

I had scheduled a test drive for Monday via text late on Saturday night. I did not appreciate that Ashley made it seem like I didn't comprehend that they were closed on Sunday (which everyone knows about dealerships). She had already stated and asked what time would I like to come on Monday. I gave her two times and she followed up by saying there were closed on Sunday's. Like duh!! We already established that. Idk if she was partially asleep or what. I also was even taken aback when I canceled ( after finding out that this location had sent a Snapchat to call for racists to shoot at black lives matter (Equally!!) protestors. I stated this fact as my reasoning and was met with a "No Problem!". Like dang. Y'all can't even pretend to care or think what happened was wrong. Do not buy from here. They truly are unapologetically racist. And I don't care if this is some company they have working for them after hours. The company they keep and the people in charge at LESON all act this way I can assure you. .

I was nervous. I had a very small budget and found I was pressured into buying more than I could afford at other dealers. Kione, Kayla, Tiger, and Joe made my experience at Leson Chevrolet great! They *figuratively* held my hand through the whole process, even though I was a "small fry" buying a small car. :) They helped make the process a fun and memorable one for all the right reasons and I love my new little Chevy Spark!!! Thanks, Leson Chevrolet, you and all your people rock!

Terrible service. They held my truck for 12 months to replace engine when there was a recall on the engine rods which is why I brought vehicle in to shop.I had to call GM Arbiters to get some resolution to issues with service. Engine was under GM Warranty and did not provide rental or loaners - and i did ask this question specifically because warranty stated that rental was provided. This app needs to provide a "ZERO" rating because that is what Leson Service deserves! Also had issues with truck after repairs that were not there when truck was brought in!

Only good thing I can say about this place is that they have phone chargers for you while you wait an eternity. Waited over two and a half hours for an oil change. The only reason I came here was because the first one was free. I would've paid for one somewhere else if I would've known this.

Be very careful with this dealer even with warranty work or recalls. I had a recall for my 2023 Colorado and brought it to Leson not once, but twice to get this recall done and still didn't get it done from them. I did my research before booking the 2nd appt and writing this review. The first visit took about an hour in total with no recall done to the vehicle. I noticed this because there were no updates applied to my vehicle in the system settings tab. Upon doing more research with fellow Colorado owners, I was able to confirm this because my receipt didn't have any warranty claim codes on it, simply just comments from the tech (misspelled performed btw). Booked a 2nd visit, again took another hour, and left with no codes on receipt or updates to system settings in the dash. At this point I was fed up dealing with this, mind you I'm losing money from work since I'm spending additional time to get a RECALL done. Booked a 3rd appt on the eastbank at another Chevrolet dealer, and they successfully performed the recall with no issues. Dropped it off and picked it up the next day.Look, I get you don't make any money from the customer on recalls, but don't tell me the recall was completed when it blatantly wasn't. The excuse I was given by the advisor was "the technician didn't click the right reprogram button on the screen". So you either have technicians that don't know what they're doing, or you simply advise to staff not to worry about recall jobs. I knew what to look for before following up the next day on the 2nd visit. Gladly providing proof of my visits so others can see. Your technician can't even spell "performed" correctly on the invoice.

I usually go to Matt bower dealers but I came here for convince. The new truck I was planning to buy was parked outside in a bad spot due to the sales man telling me to park the car in that spot. Not too long after a car came and scratched the car I was planning to buy. They told me they would take care of it but never reached out to me until I reached out to them about it. Then they said it was too late to repair. This place provides pretty poor customer service and care. They only care if you leave with one of their cars. I won't be back ever again.

WORSE CHEVROLET DEALERSHIP!!I went to get some maintenance done. My taillight went out and I had less than 15k miles on my car. Was told that they'll take care of it and left my car there. I called asking updates about it, they said they'll call me back.. never did. Asked again, never got a call back. I went to go check for myself and their maintenance side was closed. Not saying I won't have my car. I went to go ask the salesman if they could help me out about this situation and they said they can't I was about to leave and I was saying okay fine. I went to back again asking if I could at least get something out my car and they said sure. One person tried to help me find my car and we couldn't find it. I asked if I could talked to the manager if he could call and ask about my car. When I tell you he talked to me as I was ignorant. My wife saw how he talked to me and how upset he was. This manager was so useless and to make matters worse HES RELATED TO THE OWNER... long story short I found my car because my wife used my Chevrolet app to find the car. Next day, I went to talk to another manager told him the situation and I told him about the Mr. Leason and he was in the room freaked out like a child and got mad. He said something but I couldn't hear what he said. But overall worse place to get anything done here

Drove an hour today to buy a Bolt EUV advertised at $27,125 on Autotrader only to find that it had magically gone up over $5,000 in price by the time I got there. I just left. The death of the dealership car-buying experience cannot come fast enough. Shady, unethical practices.
