Okay I've had good and bad experiences with this place one night me and my mom and her friend came to eat one night our waitress took our Order for drinks and never came back so I got up asked a another waitress where did our person go she said, oh she clocked out for the night so then we got someone else and got our drinks then we ordered then our food came out In to go bags and boxes like we couldn't dine in and that frustrated me because one the styrofoam makes the food soggy and nasty but it was one bad experience it's good food and chips are good to this is the restaurant on airline by airborne x

Food and service have always been fantastic. This is our number one Mexican restaurant. Staff very friendly.

Went for dinner on a Wednesday night. The restaurant was nice and clean. The service was quick and the waiter was nice. I ordered the enchilada trio plate and my husband ordered the chimichanga plate. The enchiladas (cheese, beef and chicken) were tasty, however, the rice was bland and the beans tasted like cigarette ashes (at least what I imagine cigarette ashes taste like). My mango margarita was good as well. If I go back, I'll skip the rice and beans.

Lost promise has been consistently always delicious in the service. Perfect the food just as good and delicious and fresh every time you get. The prices are a little high, especially compared to what they used to be but the food is still worth it and it's still my favorite Mexican restaurant in Ascension Parish

We love Las Palmas. Great authentic food with a cool atmosphere. The staff is always welcoming and friendly.

The service and food were great. I forgot to take pics but everything was yummy. I got the beef quesadillas and hubby got the lunch fajita. We specifically went to this location as our usual (Highland Road) had several health violations.

This is for the airline highway, Gonzales location. Love the food. However, the night manager(if that is what she was) with big black framed glasses was very abrupt. At the end of our meal, we asked for chips to go with our queso We waited for about five minutes with her looking right at us. She completely ignored our request, so we decided to leave. In the past we have loved this place, now we are not sure we want to go back.
