We had been contemplating what suv to get and have been to a few dealerships. Lamarque made all the difference! Easily put, I went to another dealership and looked at a car that was the same size, same amenities, same price but didn't get it. Our sales person was great but when we talked numbers with the finance guy he lost us. Every single person at lamarque was dedicated to help and understand. They worked every angle and truly made it enjoyable. I will say I spent 4 hours there and that was a huge downfall. But everything they've done surpasses what we expected at a car dealership. Evan C. Was our sales person and did an amazing job with us. He listened, reasoned, informed etc. did an all around great job and was by far the best car salesman we've met. My husband and I left knowing we will be buying from him again wherever he is because he did that good of a job. Diane our finance person was also a huge plus. Helpful, resourceful, knowledgeable and personable. We couldn't be happier with our new vehicle!

One star is a star too many.My experience with Ford keeps getting worst and worst. This time I had a leak in my spare tire cavity. I took the car in and a month latter they called me to pick up the car (Yes a month). To say the car was not ready is a monumental understatement. But I'll let the photos speak for themselves, they speak louder than words. The car was missing half the trunk. The guy at service was pretty useless and wanted me to come back on Monday. He said it wasn't their fault that it was the body shop. And who cares whose fault it is... bottom line no one should be asked to drive out in a car with an incomplete job. Who does quality control in this place? And who is in charge of customer services? I will never ever, ever recommend Ford as a brand or for services. This car has been nothing but a disappointment but worst than that is the service and lack of support that really upsets me.

The Service Department does not provide complete inspections before allowing a vehicle to leave. Ask for an inspection report before you leave. They won't be able to provide one. I cannot stress enough how unsafe this department operates. Additionally, their behavior is unprofessional and unorganized. Don't walk, RUN away from this dealership's service. There are so many other Ford dealerships in the area who actually care about your safety and investment.

I own a 2022 Ford Edge Titanium with, at the time (April 2024), I had 70,000 miles on it. I am from Houston, TX and was in Metairie on business for 6 months starting in January. I received a response call to my phone inquiry from their rep to schedule a service and I told him that I think I needed a transmission fluid change.I told the rep that my transmission was having trouble shifting through the gears. This was back in early April of this year. Their representative flatly refused to service my transmission fluid because he suspected that "I had issues with my transmission". He was very direct about it and not very polite, nor did he seem as knowledgeable about Ford transmissions as he tried to portrayed himself to be. I had to ask him several times as I could not believe he was actually flatly refusing to service my transmission fluid. To be clear, I asked one last time, "so you are refusing to change my transmission fluid?" and he directly said "yes". Perhaps he must have thought it might be a liability (???). I have no idea?I went instead to Matt Bowers Ford in Metairie to get my transmission fluid changed along with an oil change, complete vehicle check, and a four-wheel alignment (the Springtime package), and they told me that the original transmission fluid had some very fine debris in it that may have been partially interfering with one or two of the shifting solenoids.Matt Bowers Ford happily changed the transmission fluid for me. This immediately fixed the shifting problems. It is later August 2024 now, and I have not had one single problem with my transmission. I couldn't be happier. I had an additional 12V accessory socket that needed to be replaced at Matt Bowers Ford that I happily spent an additional $340.00 on. They were so nice and helpful to me and they provided shuttle transportation to and from work while my vehicle was being worked on. Matt Bowers Ford had truly won my business.I am letting you know this now because four months later, the way I was treated at Lamarque Ford over the phone is still eating at me, and I feel I had to write this for closure.While I am in New Orleans in the future, I will make sure that I do not do business with Lamarque Ford as they have shown that they are clearly not interested in my business.

I purchased a 2019 f150 with 108,000 miles on it from the Harahan store. 3 weeks later the check engine light comes, i take it in to dealership and they tell me the truck would sit for a while before they get to it. I ask for a loaner they don't provide loaners so I don't have another vehicle and the one i just bought has issues so i cant leave it. So i get a car that i can use 2 weeks later i bring truck in and after a week I get a call saying the catalytic converter is bad and not covered. Not covered on a vehicle that i just bought a month ago and all you can do is cut the price from $2000 to $1300. This is unacceptable for a newly purchased vehicle only having for 1 month. This makes me feel like that code was cleared and they sold me the truck knowing the cats where bad.

I have 3 recalls on my 2020 Ford Explorer. The most recent one was a safety recall. I called Lamarque to schedule an appointment and was recommended to be at Service when they open. I was 1st in line, was told to go to QuickLane and when I spoke to the service tech, was told I would need to leave the vehicle for a day or two. I don't have extra vehicles that would allow me to leave my only transportation for a day or two. What's "Quick" about Quick Lane when you have to leave your car for a day or two?I have been a Ford customer for many years, but I guess it's time for me to trade it in for a Toyota Hybrid.

BEWARE!!!! They will tell you the used cars go through a 12 point inspection to just find out they DONT!! Bought a 2019 Volvo was told it went through a inspection in Oct. 2 weeks later I had to get 4 new tires, $1,400, while the tires were off, they showed me the brake pads, well there basically were NO pads, had to be replaced also, I called them they said they would replace them for free, really free if it went through a 12 point inspection then they would've seen that. A month later the air blows out warm, take it to a mechanic and NO freon, called again, I was told they wouldn't fix and its not their fault the air is messed up, I should've gotten the extra warranty, while I know you can't make a used car run forever, I would have liked to have it run good for at least longer then a couple of months, It ha4 50,000 miles and I paid over $30,000 for the car! This is just ridiculous. So now I'm at about $35,000 for this car. I won't recommend this place to anyone.
