LA Poke & Sushi

Amazing service and huge portion sizes compared to the other poke place in Mandeville. Huge scoops of protein and the sauces are absolutely amazing. 100/10 recommend!!!

AMAZING BEST POKE BOWLS EVER! I never noticed this place but I went in and the worker was so nice and I made myself a poke bowl and she even let me try the sauces before I used them for free and she let me eat my bowl while the rest of my family was ordering. So friendly I felt like I was in a frozen yogurt place and I started eating the food and I loved it (I usually do not like poke bowls).

LA Poke is the BEST I've ever had!! Mrs. Rose runs the whole place by herself and really takes pride in her fresh ingredients and clean restaurant. She is so friendly and such a great person. Highly recommend supporting this local business!! Best poke around :))

The food was absolutely amazing and fresh. We came from slidell for this. Had a girls day with my daughters and we had to go school supply shopping after. We had leftovers and the lady kept our food cool for us until we were done shopping. She made awesome suggestions and was very friendly and attentive to us. Hope she brings a poke place to slidell for us!

This place is definitely a "hole in the wall." I don't understand why they don't have more customers. There was only one worker and she was friendly.The portion is huge, Don't let pictures fool you.The item I got was the LA Poke Bowl. The quality of food is great! After the first bite of salmon, it just sort of melted and the more I chewed, the more pronounced the flavor became. The chicken was tender and had a very good smoky flavor to it.I can't wait to go again!

I haven't done a review on a place in so long that it's just plain weird now but I have to make a review for this place. First and foremost, this place is by far the strangest places as I cannot believe how amazing it is as far as the quantity of food you get as well as the amount of quality that it also gives you. When I got my [Spice It Up Bowl], I got to watch the lady make it for me and it was a work of art, and she wouldn't stop adding items to the bowl. I was completely awe-structed. When I took my first bite, testing each piece of sushi that was in my bowl the freshness of each cut simply melted in my mouth and it made me crave more. The satisfying feeling that you get from eating it was just about enough to where you're not hungry for more but at the same time, won't feel bloated for what you get or how much you eat and will allow you to leave feeling satisfied and refreshed. I'm definitely craving more writing this review and reimagining the experience, and I will be back to try out everything else the store has to offer simply because of this first visit here. It's definitely a place to take a date or a significant other to if they enjoy fish because It'll definitely put them in an extremely great mood and their selections are plentiful. You can even create your own custom bowl?!? Best Poke around. They give you enormous portions of protein & add ons, it's always super fresh and the shrimp is seasoned perfectly. Skip Poke Loa and hop on right across the street to LA Poke & Sushi. It's so worth the price!!! Again, the ingredients are always super fresh & delicious. (: 10000/10

Picture this you close at nine and a customer walks in at 8:30. As a restaurant employee, not your favorite thing. But when I walked in, starving, everyone there had nothing but smiles and really helped me to design a poke bowl which met my keto requirements. They even had coconut amino acid's which the keto diet uses instead of soy sauce. I was so impressed with their outstanding customer service and cheerful attitude, even for a late-night customer.The poke bowl on a mixed greens base with salmon, tuna and other embellishments met my nutritional requirements and were fresh, generously portioned, and completely satisfying. A+

Ordered the LA bowl and my husband ordered the Spicy bowl - both were fabulous. The fish is fresh and the bowls had depth of flavors. Service is wonderful as well.

Tried to come in the restaurant at 5:15 on a Saturday and it was closed. The alarm also blared at us while we were on the sidewalk. Is this place closed permanently?
