La Maison de Bella

I was just Maid of Honor for a wedding at this location last weekend! The venue was very beautiful. The grounds are nice and expansive, there is even a gazebo and small pond. For this particular wedding there were fireworks on the grounds! The bridal suite was very nice. There is a huge floor length mirror that was great. The wait staff was very attentive, my only complaint is that the plate that they delivered to the bride and groom contained items that they were allergic to. The bartenders were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, I had an amazing experience at this venue and The bride and groom enjoyed themselves as well.

I attended a friend's wedding at this venue recently. This is not a place I would recommend for a wedding. Things seemed to be very unorganized. After the ceremony, they offered a food buffet at the reception. I waited in line for 20 minutes, only to find out that the reason the line wasn't moving was due to no food being replenished and servers nowhere to be found. No food, no servers, no plates, no utensils. After talking to other guests, this happened multiple times. Additionally, what venue doesn't serve cake? I personally watched them roll the cake to the back...but cake never came back out. My daughter asked a server if there was going to be cake served, he told her they served a few pieces and the rest was being boxed. Ummm...the cake was there to be served to guests, not boxed up! Additionally, there was one lady running around all over the place, and I asked someone who she was...come to find out, she's the owner...you're the owner, representing your business and you show up to a wedding at your venue looking like you just finished a 5 hour workout! Not a good look on the wedding day of a paying customer!
