Everything food was awesome staff was friendly service was on time overall great job .

Everything could improve. Quality of food went down along with the portion size...but that price sure went up. Quality of food is sub par at best...it used to be so good. The portions were great...Huge bummer for Amite.

I really wanted to like this place. I came in after the lunch rush at about 1:15pm. I sat at the bar and the manager had a server make my drink and then I was given chips. I had to get up and walk around the bar to get napkins. I wasn't spoken to again for another 25 minutes when I was asked if I was ready to order. I told the server that I never even got a menu. He apologized and gave me a menu and I immediately ordered flautas from the lunch menu. About 15 minutes later I was given my food. I then had to get up and walk to the front to find a server to give my utensils. The server could tell that I was not happy and came and made me another drink and told me that the drinks were on the house and that they were short staffed. This action is the only reason why they aren't getting a one star review. The flautas were not great, the rice was absolutely terrible and had peas and carrots in it for some reason. I wanted to like this place since the ambiance was nice and the place looks great. I really hope that they get it together.

Cucumber margarita I added fresh jalapeño's for a little kick. This is one of My favorite drink it's so refreshing

Unfortunately, the restaurant does not answer the phone. We called 12 times from 8:15 - 8:35.So trying to place an order for pick up is not an option.

Food is good. Service well that's another story. Visit from time to time and can't say service has ever been exceptional. Waitress did not write our order down and had to return three times to refresh her memory. Write it down.

Sooo I'm actually here now and I'm appalled. Came to eat and they said they don't have enough staff to serve outside. So the 2 hostess say we are welcome to order to- go and eat on the patio. The bartender tells us they aren't taking to go orders because the kitchen is too busy. First & last time here. Wait for inside was over an hour. How is a restaurant refusing to take my order??? Very confused and upset.

It is really the only sit down place in Amite to eat at on Sundays. Food and portions are mediocre. Atmosphere is nice. The patio is pleasant. Business must be good because they are expanding the patio. We did dine in and take out. For 4 adult entrees and a children's meal we got one lunch bag size of chips and a very small cup of salsa, not enough!

Typical commercial food, nothing original or authentic, good dinning area, unfortunately the food is just below average.

I will never come back! The food here is no good, the service takes way to long, the food came on okay. Until I found a hair in my chips. And the where oh it must have come from one of the girls in the back. No real apology. If I could give zero star I would!!!!
