I ordered 2 dozen soft shell crabs from Louisiana's Best Seafood and as an afterthought added a gallon of oysters. The crabs are very nice and fresh however the volume of the oysters was not acceptable, about 1/3 full at best. I texted them and spoke to John. John said to text a picture and he would discuss it with his manager. I did that and emailed John but the email address on the website doesn't work. I then emailed using the address on FaceBook and got no response. I posted on their FB page but they removed my post. The oysters are supplied to them by Genevieve's and the volume does not compare with the volume that I received from Terry's in Sulphur Springs.

Great customer service and availability of seafood. I ordered a sack oysters on New Years Eve and they were very accommodating. The oysters were reasonably priced at $48 a sack and had about 90 beautiful salty oysters ready to be shucked and eaten or grilled.

My spouse and I wanted to take some Alligator meat and crawfish sausage with us to Florida on a family vacation. We searched the internet, found LA Best, reviewed their website and sent them an email inquiry. We received a response and gave LA Best a call to place the order. When we arrived, LA Best had our order ready to go. Some of the best Alligator and Crawfish sausage that we have ever had. Thank you for the great service and product. See you again soon!
